The four invited teams set to compete at DreamHack Open Anaheim have been declared, according to the event organizer. Out of the eight team slots to compete, ENCE, MIBR, FURIA and North have been directly invited to the competition. UK-based organization Endpoint will also be featured on the playbill among the aforementioned four after qualifying through the ESL Premiership Winter. Three slots between North America and Europe remain up for grabs through the event’s online qualifiers.
The Anaheim Convention Center in California will play host to the second DreamHack Open event of the calendar year. DreamHack Open Anaheim will kick into gear on from February 21st – 23rd, following the Open in Leipzig getting underway later this month. Similar to the Leipzig event, Anaheim will feature a $100,000 cash purse and a direct invite to DreamHack Masters Jönköping in June.
