At the moment, the Fortnite take parts to Hope quest is one of main tasks for players. Key for getting to grips with where the story is heading in Fortnite. There’s a bit of a problem with it though.

How to Take Parts to Hope in Fortnite

Normally, a random quest wouldn’t exactly be the focus for a ton of players We get quests added in all the time, and XP maps are a quicker way to level up anyway. But there’s a few reasons why quests have been more important this season.

Between the need to level about twice as quickly as possible, and tying the bonus skin in this season’s pass to quests once again, players need to finish them up quicker than normal. Then there’s the emergence of story quests once again. Asking players to explore and interact a little bit. Pushing pretty much everyone to a single NPC this week. But there’s also a handful of reasons why quests are harder this season. Like the map that’s giving sweats free reign. The Fortnite take parts to Hope quest isn’t too complicated though, outside of a bug.

This is how you can get it done, and why it’s more complicated right now.

Fortnite has a bunch of new story quests! As we’re approaching the live event that’ll wrap things up, it’s time to see where the story is going. We’ve been following it in smaller Simpsons shorts released each week. Most recently, that was addressing where the Zero Point has gone. Which has led to the Fortnite take parts to Hope quest, kind of.

Players will need to gather up parts and deliver them to Hope to help progress her plan. Which ends with going back to fight the Kraken that took over the old island. It seems we’re not just abandoning the old island this time.

To complete the quest, players need to find Hope. She’s taken up residence in the Power Plant. A lot of players can then get it done the normal way… or you might get stuck. You see, the take parts to Hope in Fortnite quest is bugged right now.

If you go and talk to her, there’s not just no way to progress. Leaving the story quests stuck.

The quest is bugged. So, what can you do? At the moment, not very much.

If you progress to this point and can’t go any further, you’ll just have to wait and see what happens. Normally, we’d wait until the next Fortnite update and hope that sorted it. But with the Fortnite Take Parts to Hope quest bugged out this week, that’s probably not going to happen.

We’re not expecting any more Fortnite updates to come. Between now and when Chapter 7 starts. Lately, Epic has taken to just auto-completing quests for everyone rather than actually fixing anything. So, players just log in to get the reward automatically. Presumably, they’ll do this with the take parts to Hope Fortnite quest. And players will just get their XP, and fill in the gaps for finishing the plotline off.

Quests This Season

Things have gotten a little complicated for the Fortnite XP this season. Players can complete quests to get more XP… but they’re harder this season. Even outside of the take parts to Hope in Fortnite quest being bugged out.

Whenever we have quests that get a limited time, it gets a bit complicated. Like Winterfest, where everyone tries to do the exact same quests at once at the same time. Which makes the spots you must go to pretty dangerous. That’s gotten worse with the Fortnite Simpsons mini season.

The map is tiny, and it’s got 80 players on it. This is a problem, since it means more players on every square inch. Not just since progress on some like the take parts to hope in Fortnite quest is broken, but because the map is too small. Which makes quests a nightmare to actually pull off.

If you’re trying to finish them up to complete the Fortnite Battle Pass, then you’ll likely need to survive more fights than normal. There’s always the weeklies and quests in the other game modes if Battle Royale proves too much at any point.

For the Weekly quests, you need to do a certain amount within Battle Royale to get the new Peely skin. That’s a bit of a pain. Right now, we have all the Weeklies we’re going to get before the Fortnite season ends. So, if you’ve not yet hit the required amount, you’ll have to get a bit creative.

Over the next few days, the spots related to these weeklies will probably get busier as more players try to finish things up. There are some tricks, like using bot lobbies in Battle Royale. Otherwise, you’ll just need to drop in to the required areas like Cletus’ Farm over and over, and hope you can get it done! The matchmaking has been wonky this season, but enough deaths off spawn and you should end up in a lobby where you can finish quests.
