Fortnite Solo Leveling Confirmed with Tease

Epic has just confirmed one of the most hotly anticipated Fortnite collabs, Fortnite Solo levelling skins are coming soon. This anime collab was part of leaks earlier in the season. It looks like three major new skins will be arriving pretty soon.

But we’ve had some false starts with major anime franchises lately though. Including Chainsaw Man X Fortnite turning out to be a single jam track instead of a round of skins. However, the Fortnite Solo Leveling skins look set to be much wider.

The Fortnite Solo Leveling collab is the latest anime crossover, but one with a bit of a difference. There’s always been a focus on more traditionally popular anime franchises. Especially those from Jump. Solo levelling has become quite popular in recent years. Even winning anime of the year. Adapted from a Korean manhwa though, it isn’t quite the traditional anime that we normally get. It’s a bit of a different pick.

It’s also a more controversial franchise in place. The Fortnite Solo Leveling teaser was met with plenty of jokes about the show’s ability to put everyone to sleep. This is what was announced and what we can expect with the new collab skins:

Fortnite Solo Levelling Teaser

While we’ve had leaks for a little while, the Fortnite Solo levelling skins have been confirmed by Epic. They recently tweeted out two different teasers which are clearly tied to the Fortnite Solo Leveling crossover. These were:

“If you were given another path, would you accept?”

That one was a little vague! Alluding to a part of the set-up for Solo Leveling. That was preceded by something that was very recognizable from the Solo Leveling collaboration:

“The Weakest Hunter of all Mankind.
E-Rank.
No potential.
No Future…”

Both make it clear that Solo Leveling is up next. But what skins can we actually expect? Like with most anime Fortnite collabs, it’ll likely be more than one item this time around.

Fortnite Solo Leveling Skins

What skins are we expecting? it might be a bit of a sore subject for some fans. A big joke about Solo Leveling online is that it only has one character, who “solo levels”. With a popular response to the series being asking fans to name a second character. But we’re probably getting one of those supporting characters included too.

It seems Sung Jin-woo is a clear pick. Otherwise, leakers believe Cha Hae-in is also coming to the game. Along with a third skin. likely one of the other characters. The Fortnite Solo Leveling skins will be confirmed once it comes to the game though.

Fortnite X Solo Leveling Release Date

Now we’ve had an official teaser, that could be at any time. This will definitely be our next Fortnite anime collab. Possibly one of our last major updates of Chapter 7 Season 1 too.

We can expect them to come to the item shop after the next patch. The most likely date is this week. We could see them added into the game as early as Tuesday 17th February. Although, it could happen at any time now!
