When is Kingdom Hearts coming to Fortnite? According to leakers, this franchise will be the next to join the long list of Fortnite collabs. Although, it’s a collab which is trickier. Its rights are tied up between multiple companies who have a tighter approach to rights. A Kingdom Hearts x Fortnite crossover could be coming soon though.

Is Kingdom Hearts Coming to Fortnite?

Leakers have said a Sora Fortnite skin might be coming soon. This will be a collab in the item Shop, presumably coming around the launch of the next season. We’ve already seen Kingdom Hearts characters show up in Smash Bros. But it was with quite a few compromises. A collab with Fortnite would likely be able to more fully represent the franchise.

Is Kingdom Hearts Coming to Fortnite?

According to leakers, yes. These are leakers which are often right about things. But they can be wrong.

In a lot of cases, their leaks are based on inside information and they essentially act as marketing for Epic’s collabs. They’ve been wrong about things majorly though. Like mistaking the files relating the Fortnite Reload game mode for a Persona collab. Or getting the Fortnite season themes wrong this season. Most of their collab leaks are reliable though.

It does look like Kingdom Hearts x Fortnite is going to happen. But the exact details aren’t going to be confirmed until later. The current Fortnite season has had its end date delayed. So, we might be waiting until March to find out more about this collab.

While Smash Bros was able to get Sora, it was a lot more limited with the Disney content. The potential Kingdom Hearts X Fortnite collab wouldn’t have that problem, considering Epic’s partnership with Disney. This puts it in the rare situation where Square is likely the biggest hold up of Kingdom Hearts coming to Fortnite.
