Fortnite One Punch Man Collab Finally Coming

The next big collaboration has just been confirmed by Epic. A Fortnite One Punch Man crossover is going to be next. It’s a collab with the popular web-manga and anime. It’s been in the works for quite a while now. We’ve seen leaks about it coming for multiple seasons, and it seemed like it wasn’t ever coming to launch. But it’s finally going to arrive, in Fortnite, plus in Rocket League and Fall Guys too!

Fortnite is no stranger to anime crossovers. Since Chapter 2 we’ve been getting them regularly. With most Fortnite seasons getting an anime crossover at some point. Typically, with the biggest Shonen franchises.

Although, One punch Man is a bit more left field than picks like Jujutsu Kaisen. This Fortnite One Punch Man collab was originally rumoured for superhero season. But rather than leakers promising it, we’ve now gotten official confirmation. Since this collab seems to be spanning multiple Epic titles, it might be arriving sooner than later.

Fortnite One Punch Man Collab

The next anime franchise to be featured in Fortnite is the One Punch Man collab. This will feature characters and other items from the series in Fortnite. One Punch Man debuted as a webcomic, with less-than-ideal art at times but a story that made the whole thing worthwhile. The arts improved over the years too, becoming something worth following quite closely.

Since then, it’s had a Shonen Jump remake as the type of glossy manga you’d expect from a franchise this big. As well as getting an anime series. With the first series coming from Madhouse, and a less revered follow up by a different studio.

One Punch Man features a superhero who defends the world with his power to defeat anyone with a single punch! All off a fairly basic but intense training regime. It’s a fun character and one would have been a perfect fit in the Fortnite Superhero season. But that ended and the Fortnite One Punch Man collab is now coming Chapter 6 Season 4! The franchise has already shown up in Overwatch, so Fortnite was a natural choice to collab with next.

What are we expecting to come? According to leakers, we’re only getting one skin for the Fortnite One Punch Man collab. But it’ll still be a decent bundle. These are some items we’re expecting:

• Satima Skin – Two Styles
• 1 Backbling
• 1 Pickaxe
• 2 Emotes
• 1 Glider
• 1 Wrap

All of this will likely be available in a single set of cosmetics or as individual items. Not the biggest collab in terms of Fortnite skins but getting a second style will add a bit more life to it. The same collab is also coming to Fall Guys and Rocket League! So, all the Epic Games will be getting the character at once. Just one in bean form.

When Will Fortnite One Punch Man Release?

This new collab is expected imminently! Since it’s going to the different games at once, we have a good idea of its release date. It’s supposed to be debuting in Fall Guys on Friday 22nd August. So we can expect this Item Shop changeover or the one after to bring the skin to Fortnite too.

Just ahead of the collab, the official One Punch Man and Fortnite twitters confirmed its release! So, we know it’s coming very soon. Between this and the Gorillazs Fortnite collab there’s a lot going on right now.

Leakers have been talking about it for a while now. In fact, fairly recently prominent leaker ShiinaBR reminded everyone that Fortnite had a full collab sitting in the files waiting to be released. For whatever reason, the Fortnite One Punch Man collab took quite a bit longer. But now it’s being dropped imminently!

Will There Be Items or POIs?

Those are the skins coming from the Fortnite One Punch Man collab, but what about in-game features? Can we expect a Mythic as one of the best Fortnite weapons this season? It doesn’t look like that’ll be part of the collaboration right now. We got items for other anime like Dragon Ball. But it seems this time it’s just the One Punch Man Fortnite skins.

We’re expecting more Fortnite anime collabs in the future too. One Punch Man has been rumoured for seasons now. Another that’s been kicking around with leakers has been Demon Slayer. With that returning to the screens soon, it could arrive sooner than later too. Elsewhere, more recent Fortnite surveys have covered even more anime which could be arriving in the game further down the line.
