All Fortnite Reload Weapons Ranked

The Fortnite Reload weapons are an ecliptic mix of beloved guns from Fortnite’s past, the weirdest mythics and exotics, and unique items. With the latest changes to the mode, we’ve got one our most fun Reload loot pools. Compared to Battle Royale though, it can be a little tricky to keep track of! There isn’t a pool of modern guns for the mode, we get classic weapons moved in and out all the time.

All Fortnite Reload Weapons Ranked

The Fortnite Reload Loot pool has had some big changes this week! Alongside a handful of new BR items in the last Fortnite update, we’ve had a re-worked Reload loot pool.

As usual, there’s nothing crazy or new in the loot. Reload usually sticks to a more grounded set of classic guns for the mode. But there are some interesting changes that you’ll need to be aware of. This is how the Fortnite Reload loot pool has changed with the last update:

Before we get into the full list of items and guns, how have the Reload loot pool changed this time? These are the alterations we’ve seen:

  • Flapjack Rifle Vaulted
  • Infantry Rifle Vaulted
  • OXR Rile Unvaulted
  • Spire Rifle Unvaulted

The latest change is largely bringing the rifles up to date. Bringing in a gun from last season, and one of the best weapons in BR right now. Normally, Reload has an older mix of guns but it’s nice to see some current ones mixed in. The Spire Rifle particularly has been a fun gun so it’s great that it’s living on past its normally Battle Royale season.

The Fortnite Reload weapons change around from week to week when we get updates. But there’s always some key slots to fill. A Pump shotgun, an AR, etc. There’s also a lot more Mythics and Exotics in the Fortnite Reload loot pool than Battle Royale. These are all of the main items available:

That’s not everything. We can go a bit further with the Reload loot pool. There’s also the Mythics and Exotics. Unlike in Battle Royale, where you search out bosses and other objectives to get Fortnite Exotic weapons, you just get these from chests. The odds of actually picking one up is incredibly low though! Most chests just have standard Fortnite Reload weapons. These are the current Exotics and Mythics in the game:

  • Foundation’s MK-Seven Assault Rifle
  • Midas’ Drum Gun (OG)

Those are all of the Fortnite Reload weapons. But which are the best guns? The ones that are the most worth picking up? We’ll divide them into a Fortnite Reload weapons tier list. The best and worst weapons in the loot pool right now.

We’ll exclude the Mythics and Exotics here too. Since these are very hard to get reliably, they aren’t really part of a standard game plan. Instead, it’s usually more a case of picking one up if you get lucky.

These are the Reload weapons ranked, the top items in the game to win more rounds:

S Tier

These are the top tier weapons! We’ve got some classics like the Pump Shotgun. However, weapons like the Tactical AR are worth looking at too. It’s that strange version of the Tactical AR that was introduced at the end of Remix, which had crazy accuracy. Also some weapons only recently out of BR when the season ended, like the Spire Rifle.

  • Red-Eye Assault Rifle
  • Tactical Assault Rifle
  • Pump Shotgun
  • Red-Eye SMG
  • Twin Mag SMG
  • Mammoth Pistol
  • Hand Cannon
  • Hunting Rifle
  • Rocket Launcher
  • Spire Rifle

A Tier

These are the next tier down. They’ll be some players who prefer these. Items like the Combat Shotgun have their uses too, but they are a bit more circumstantial.

  • Assault Rifle
  • Striker Burst Rifle
  • Ranger Shotgun
  • Combat Shotgun
  • Suppressed Submachine Gun
  • Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle
  • Heavy Sniper Rifle

B Tier

These are the next tier down. They’ll be some players who prefer these. Items like the Combat Shotgun have their uses too, but they are a bit more circumstantial.

  • Suppressed Assault Rifle
  • Thunder Shotgun
  • Charge Shotgun
  • Submachine Gun
  • Combat Pistol
  • O.X.R Rifle

C Tier

The bad weapons! The Hammer probably has some fans out there, but it’s continued presence in Reload is a mystery.

  • Hammer Assault Rifle
  • Tactical Shotgun

That’s roughly how things break down. But with such a strange mix of weapons, it’s bound to have a degree of personal preference! Some players who cut their teeth in Chapter 1 will prefer the Pump. But if you learned to box fight in later Fortnite seasons with the Charge or Thunder Pump, that might be the stronger gun for you. With such a big loot pool, Reload has a lot of freedom for players to experiment with different weapons.
