ENVY has parted ways with its Rainbow Six Siege X roster and the game’s esports scene entirely. The news comes just a week before the start of the North America Last Chance Qualifier event for the Six Invitational 20026 in Paris.
ENVY were due to play Cloud9, the roster will now compete orgless, with their spot going to James “JJBlazt” Letkovsky. According to JJBlazt, the group will look to remain together for 2026. The roster will compete under the name JJ & Co for now, with their first match in just a week’s time.
ENVY has become the third organisation to either depart Rainbow Six Siege esports or drop their roster in the past week. We’ve seen Asia Pacific org Chiefs Esports Club drop out, while the Europe and MENA side Fnatic dropped their roster. Chiefs and ENVY appear to be in the same position, both failed to qualify for the Six Invitational directly, and while the LCQ gives them another shot, both organisations have made the call to withdraw from Siege.
Fnatic, on the other hand, have just dropped the roster. Though they are not involved in the LCQ, and appears they are just dropping the current roster for now. Though, Fnatic are part of the R6 Esports Programme, so them leaving would be a much bigger deal.
In a statement, ENVY announced the news: “Today, we are announcing that ENVY will be parting ways with our Rainbow Six Siege roster and pausing our competitive operations in the game. We want to express our sincere gratitude to the team for their hard work, dedication, and professionalism throughout their time with us. We are thankful for everything this roster brought to envy during our first year in the Rainbow Six Siege scene and wish them nothing but success as they move forward into the next chapter of their careers.”
ENVY has decided to back out of Siege and hand the license over to me.
We are now actively looking for an ORG to represent for 2026 and onward. We are in the @R6esportsNA league for all of 2026 with an Affiliate license which comes with finance funding benefits
I would like to…

Unlike Fnatic, it does appear to look like ENVY is done with Rainbow Six Siege X esports, adding, “To our fans, thank you for the incredible support you have shown us this year. While we are stepping away from Rainbow Six Siege for now, we remain hopeful about returning to the scene in the future when the time is right.” It’s possible that ENVY will bide their time, and look for any openings in A Tier competitions in the near future.
As for JJ & CO, they’ll be facing off against Cloud9 in less than a week as they look to make their way to Paris in February.
