Kasane Teto Fortnite Leaks – New Skin Coming

Fortnite collabs are a huge part of the game, lately we’ve been focusing on Fortnitemares content, but leakers have revealed a little more coming down the line. Starting with Kasane Teto Fortnite leaks! These new leaks are showing the vocaloid character will join Hatsune Miku, so finally you can have a coordinated squad using the characters.

Fortnite collabs began in Chapter 1, but lately they’ve kind of become the dominant force for the game. It’s been like this for a while, but Chapter 6 has had multiple Fortnite seasons completely dominated by a single collab. Like the Star Wars mini season, and the upcoming Fortnite X Simpsons. The Kasane Teto Fortnite skin probably won’t be a full seasons’ worth of content, but it’s enough to get fans excited.

This week, Fortnite leakers have been dropping quite a few updates about the future of the title. Starting with more details on the Simpsons crossover collab. However, individual Fortnite collaborations have been teased too. Like the Kasane Teto Fortnite leaks.

The leakers essentially just say the character is coming! It looks like this will be a normal Item Shop release. Not something that’s in the Fortnite Festival pass, with a dedicated season, or anything like that. But that will mean it’s a lot simpler to unlock the Kasane Teto Fortnite skin. Hatsune Miku might have got multiple styles and a Pass, but a second for Kasane Teto might be overkill.

Who is Kasane Teto?

The Kasane Teto skin has a load of players excited, but who is it? Kasane Teto is a virtual singer that has been around since the mid 2000s. Similar to Hatsune Miku, it’s a vocaloid software. A speech synthesis that can sing digitally! But beyond the voice, it has an anime girl design. She’s quite different to Miku as vocaloid though, with a different personality.

Kasane Teto originated as a fake vocaloid software, originally planned to be a prank and a joke! But took on a life of her own as it became more popular. Popular enough to get a Kasane Teto Fortnite skin apparently. Since, the vocaloid has gotten a more unique design, a personality, appears in multiple music videos, and more. At times Kasane Teto has ranked as more popular than Hatsune Miku! She might even make it into the Fortnite Icons list like the other vocaloid.

This won’t be the first video game outing for the character. She’s also appeared in the Project DIVA Miku game. It’s always fun to see how a character looks once they come to Fortnite though.

Are the Leaks Trustworthy?

Seeing the Kasane Teto Fortnite leaks has got fans excited, but can we trust them? Given how widespread these leaks have been, it looks likely. Most of the biggest Fortnite leakers tend to be datamining or given some advance information, Epic essentially uses these big leaks as advanced marketing now. Although, they are wrong often enough too.

One example is the rumoured Persona X Fortnite collab. Which never happened. It turned out Leakers saw files for the Fortnite Reload mode, and jumped to conclusions. Then there’s the current companions feature, which leakers have said is coming really soon a lot, and it never seems to go anywhere.

Most of the Fortnite collab leaks tend to be trustworthy though. And these leakers hit rate is still very high, despite a few problems. A Kasane Teto Fortnite skin looks pretty likely to arrive soon.

When Can We Expect the Kasane Teto Fortnite Release Date?

It looks like Kasane Teto is joining Fortnite, but when can we expect them to arrive? Since these have only shown up as a leak so far, it could be any time really! Although, it might take longer than “soon” implies.

The current update for Fortnite is focused on Halloween, and we’ve had non-stop collabs in the item shop. We probably aren’t expecting anything else there. Which means we’re onto the November mini season, which will kick off Simpsons x Fortnite. It could come during the mini season, it might not be four solid weeks of Simpsons. But right now, Chapter 7 Season 1 seems like the safest bet.
