Next Fortnite Map Revealed in Leaks

The next Fortnite season is going to be a mini-season collaboration with the Simpsons. One of the bigger mysteries though has been what will the Fortnite Simpsons map look like!

Once leakers said we were getting an entirely new map, it just became a bigger mystery! But with more recent leaks, we’ve had a clear look at a few different features coming. The Fortnite Simpsons skins, but now the next Fortnite map too. This is what’s leaked and how the next Fortnite map will look:

Next Fortnite Map Revealed

The big part of the current leaks is the overview of the next map! While it’s lacking some detail and scale, the map is pretty clear. We have a solid view of how the map will look on the map screen, or mini map. Including some of the Simpsons crossover features. This is the leak:

All Fortnite Simpsons Map POI

From that leaked Image, and the leaked key art, we’ve got a good idea of the new [POs which will be on the map. It’s guesswork based on the low-res birds-eye view. But some of them are unmistakable! These are the ones we’ve spotted so far:

Tobacco Farm

One POI that seems to be combining the Simpsons with former Fortnite season map features is the farm. This is a cross between the old Simpsons farm, where a new form of tomato was pioneered, and the farm POIs from the first two Chapters.

It’s located on the top left of the leaked Fortnite Simpsons map. Looks like it’ll be big enough to support quite a few players.

Sub-Urb/ Houses

One spot that had to be featured is the Simpsons and Flanders houses. Located on Evergreen Terrace. These are going to be in the game as part of a larger sub-urb POI. While sticking to the houses on both sides of the street as in Springfield, it is taking a square layout instead of long. Which will make it better match the Holly Hedges and other sub-urbs that Fortnite players remember.

This appears to be on the middle left of the map.

Power Plant

One POI in the Fortnite Simpsons map that’s no surprise is the Power Plant. This is obviously getting a full named POI. After Chapter 2 had its own version of a Power Plant, this full Fortnite mini season map will have a more accurate depiction.

Town Square

A bigger POI in the center of the map will be the town square. This features the Jabidah Springfield statue, Town Hall, and probably Moes along with King Tut’s Music Store. These POIs will occupy the most central landing spot, and might be the hot drop for the season.

Burn’s Mansion

Mr Burn’s Mansion will be occupying a key place on the right of the map! For a single house, this looks huge. It seems quite a bit bigger than the Lavish Lair POI from earlier in Chapter 6, which was also a fancy house as an entire named location. Hopefully the living chess board doesn’t fight back.

Kamp Krusty

On the outskirts of the map, we’ve also got Kamp Krusty! This might have been a one-episode only locale, but its proven iconic enough to continue showing up. it looks like this will be featured on the outskirts of the map.

Non-Named Spots on the Fortnite Simpsons Map

Given the low quality of the leak, we can’t accurately guess every smaller spot they’re just too small on the leaked image! There will likely be a ton of different Simpsons easter eggs spread throughout. But a few are big enough to be visible!

The Gorge

The Springfield Gorge is in the Fortnite map! Running down the left of the map, quite a distance. This gives verticality which adds quite a bit of gameplay value to that area. Although, we’re only expecting cash cups in the mini season. A deadly stacked last zone pulling up the Gorge probably won’t come up.

It’s also home to maybe the most memorable moment of the Simpsons, Homer falling into the gorge, multiple times. Great to see it in the map too.

Burd-Mart

The Kwik Mart is an iconic part of Springfield, but for this season it’s getting a remix/collab version. The Burd-e–mart. These will replace all of the Gas Stations on the map.

Is it Too Small?

That’s what we’ve seen in the Fortnite Simpsons map leaks, but the big question to a lot of players is the size. The map doesn’t quite match up with the normal Battle Royale map size. Although, we don’t entirely know the scale yet. It might be a map with fewer POIs, but larger areas around them.

Until we see the map in context, we won’t really know if the Fortnite Simpsons map is big enough until we see the scale that it’s at! The map could be a tad smaller, like Fortnite Reload maps. Some players are speculating that Battle Royale could even see a reduction in players for the mini season, but it could equally have a slower-paced form of gameplay instead. With larger sections between different POIs. We’ll find out very soon. Since the next Fortnite is scheduled to begin in a bit over a week.
