Led by long-standing players like bLitz and Techno4k, they broke past the “up-and-coming” label in 2025 with consistent deep runs and upset wins in high-tier tournaments, even winning some like the Esports World Cup, and taking 2nd place at the BLAST.tv Austin Major in 2025. With the experience they’re gaining on the biggest stages, it’s safe to say that this team is no longer just a wildcard - The MongolZ have become one of CS2’s most unpredictable and dangerous dark-horse contenders.
