100 Thieves have officially confirmed the last piece of the puzzle of their new CS2 roster by announcing the signing of AWPer dev1ce from Astralis. The move locks in the five-man core comprising the new 100 Thieves CS2 lineup, the organization’s first foray into the game in over five years.

Just yesterday, 100 Thieves announced that it had secured the services of Ag1l, sirah, and poiii, three young players with a point to prove. The trio has put up very good numbers at a Tier 2 level, and now they’ll be tasked with helping 100 Thieves climb the Valve Regional Standings by battling through lower opposition in the coming months.
They join rain, who was previously announced as in-game leader of the 100 Thieves CS2 project, and gla1ve, who is taking on the coaching mantle for the first time in his career. By joining 100 Thieves, dev1ce and gla1ve reunite for the first time since the latter’s Astralis benching in mid-2023.
As a brand-new VRS core, the team will start from the very bottom, and have to fight for points in order to secure invites to Tier 1 events later in the year. To help, 100 Thieves have enlisted the services of VRS guru messioso as Head of CS Operations, who will assist with ensuring the team are at all the right LANs to climb as quickly as possible. They just need to actually win the matches on the server. Also involved in the project is former CS:GO pro seangares, who is Head of FPS for 100 Thieves.
