Back in CS:GO, Valve released Danger Zone as its answer to the Battle Royale trends. It didn’t take off as the developer might’ve hoped, meaning for CS2, Danger Zone did not make a return.
Now, though, CS2 Danger Zone is here in the form of community servers. Epidemic, best known for his CS2 skin inspect servers, has officially given players a way to play Danger Zone in CS2, with a host of small changes that improve the experience. If you want to play Danger Zone in CS2, read on.

Playing the community Danger Zone map is super easy – you have to connect to the new Epidemic servers to play. Do this by entering the IPs into your CS2 command console.
You can connect to Epidemic’s Danger Zone CS2 servers using the IPs below:
When connecting, you’ll be prompted to download the Blacksite map and mode for CS2 Danger Zone. Make sure you accept, or you’ll be disconnected.
You may join a round in progress. From here, you’ll have to wait until that round is finished. After this, you’ll be put into a warm-up with other players. Wait this out.

After this, you’ll be prompted to select your drop location. This determines where you start in CS2 Danger Zone. When the timer runs out, you’ll deploy and be in the game.

From here, it’s a case of scavenging for loot, which can be found in boxes and must be punched or shot to open. You can pick up loot from other dead players, too, while remaining inside the circle, which shrinks as the game goes on. The objective is to be the last man standing, which you can give yourself the best chance of doing by purchasing weapons from the store.
The Epidemic Danger Zone CS2 servers have made a few important changes to the game mode. You can carry two primary CS2 weapons, and there is more loot spread across the map. Some weapons, such as the auto sniper, have been removed entirely, and players can now stack bump mines for extra momentum. Players with the exojump equipped will no longer take any fall damage, either.

Overall, the latest version of Danger Zone in CS2 is a lot of fun, and if you enjoyed the CS:GO version of this game mode, then you’ll have a blast with this, too. A little rough around the edges right now, but with some work, it could be something great.
At this point, it feels like CS2 Danger Zone as an official mode is a pipe dream. Valve tried its hand at the Battle Royale game mode, and it didn’t really go down as well as some might’ve hoped. It wasn’t too popular, even if it has a cult fan base.
It’s not impossible that Danger Zone comes to CS2 in the future. However, you shouldn’t rely on it, making the new servers the best way to play.
