Female Counter-Strike heads into 2026 with an uncertain future. ESL dropping its Impact program has left a significant dent in the scene, leaving much fewer organizations willing to invest. We’ve already seen the likes of NIP and Imperial pull out, leaving many of the best female CS2 players in the world without the support of an organization. Hopefully, with everyone pulling together, we can see a resurgence in 2026 as the quality on the server continues to improve.

Best Female CS2 Players in 2026 | Top 5 Ranking

We’ve previously taken a look at the best female CS2 teams in the world – now it’s time to rank the top 5 individual players. If you’re following the women’s scene, you should recognize the best female CS2 players.

5. Olga

  • Olga CS2 Team: MIBR fe

Olga “Olga” Rodrigues is a veteran of female CS, having played professionally for the best part of a decade. During that time, she reached numerous ESL Impact Grand Finals, but never quite got over the line to win an event. Despite being 31 years old, Olga continues to put up significant individual numbers for MIBR fe, and has been the main reason for the team’s resurgence ahead of 2026. It’s impressive for her to remain one of the best female CS2 players for so long, as it is a testament to her dedication to Counter-Strike.

4. twenty3

  • twenty3 CS2 Team: Pigeons

Alexandra “twenty3” Timonina had a slightly quieter 2025 compared to the year prior, owing to a worse year overall for the Imperial Valkyries core, which failed to win a single ESL Impact event after years of dominance. Despite this, twenty3’s individual stats remained as solid as ever, although this was dampened by her struggles when faced with Tier 1 opposition at the start of the year. But when it comes to the best female CS2 players, it’s difficult to look past twenty3. She’ll be hoping for a lot more coming into 2026, though.

3. bizinha

  • bizinha CS2 Team: FURIA fe

Bruna “bizinha” Marvila has been the diamond in the crown for FURIA fe. She helped the team win their first-ever ESL Impact League title in the Season 7 Finals, ending Imperial Valkyries’ chokehold on the scene. Her individual numbers have taken a hit due to matches against higher-ranked opposition in online events, but don’t get it twisted: bizinha remains among the best female CS2 players in the world, and continues to thrive against women’s opposition. She’ll be disappointed with her final showing at ESL Impact Season 8, but should be ready to come back firing in 2026.

2. vicu

Wiktoria “vicu” Janicka enjoyed a massive resurgence in 2025. Joining BIG EQUIPA in August allowed her to play with her first organization since leaving NAVI Javelins, and it became a transformative period for the exciting AWPer. Her form was enough to help BIG EQUIPA win the final ESL Impact League title, where she cemented her legacy in the women’s game. Ahead of 2026, she has joined up with Pigeons, replacing ANa on the former Imperial Valkyries core. Can she keep up her status as one of the best players in female Counter-Strike in the new year? Time will tell.

1. ASTRA

Mayline-Joy “ASTRA” Champliaud has been the captain of BIG EQUIPA since joining in August 2025. Like her AWPer, the previously mentioned vicu, ASTRA has been a total game-changer for the team, finding a winning formula to snatch the ESL Impact League title away from the competition while still maintaining excellent stats for herself. Leading from the front, as it were. As an IGL, it will be a tough ask to continue her incredible form this year, but let’s see how she fares.
