Fortnite Disneyland Game Rush Launches

A new Creative mode has attracted a lot of attention this week, the Fortnite Disneyland Game Rush. It isn’t quite the full new modes like we’ve been expecting from Disney soon. But it is a start to this bigger Fortnite collaboration. The new mode launches this week and it will be a temporary attraction to get things started between Fortnite and Disney.

The whole collaboration is going to be coming this week. It’ll be a start to a bigger partnership, but also something to experience a bit of Disneyland. The park is celebrating an anniversary and getting a new Fortnite experience to celebrate. Complete with special cosmetics and mini games.

For a while now, we’ve been expecting even deeper integration of Fortnite and Disney. Ever since Epic and Disney’s investment deal, we’ve known more was coming. Even with Disney having skins all over the Battle Pass, and now two separate mini seasons dedicated to their properties. But this new mode will let Fortnite players experience a little bit of Disneyland. We’re expecting the dedicated modes to have a bit more going on, but as a teaser this is an interesting map.

Fortnite Disneyland Game Rush Coming Soon

A big new Creative mode is coming from Epic and Disney. This mode is centred on Disneyland. To celebrate a major anniversary for the parks, a Fortnite experience is coming. Which should be a bit of a different type of map compared to the usual Fortnite XP maps and other Creative maps.

The map is aiming to give players a test of Disneyland. You can experience some of the buildings in the park. Along with mini games which are recreating some rides even. For big fans of some rides, this could be a fun reminder in Fortnite.

There are games, a wider area to explore, and even some items you can use only on the map! it isn’t the biggest on gameplay, but we’re expecting deeper Fortnite Disney modes to come eventually. This isn’t quite the major metaverse collaboration they’ve been talking about, but that’s still coming down the line.

Mini Games for Fortnite Disneyland Game Rush

Jumping in, players can find recreations of some areas from Disneyland. Including the Castle and Pixar area. That’s along with a hub world! But the real meat of the Fortnite Disneyland Game Rush mode is the mini games. A number of different mini games are available for players:

• Star Wars Stormtrooper Showdown
• Web-Slinger Spider-Bot Blasters
• Space Mountain Rocket Race
• Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Sneak Out
• Haunted Mansion Scavenger Haunt
• Indiana Jones Tomb Runner
• Matterhorn Slip and Climb

These Fortnite Disneyland Game Rush mini games are going to give a little taste of what dedicated modes could be like. Most of these names already have some representation in the game, like the Star Wars and Indiana Jones Fortnite skins. But the mini games will be something different.

Some of them are brand new to Fortnite. We’ve never seen Space Mountain or other Disneyland rides show up in Fortnite before. Players aren’t just playing mini games on the island either. By getting enough points, you can unlock some items to use exclusively in the map.

Cosmetics for Fortnite Disneyland Game Rush

These mini games will give players tokens for playing. If you get enough of them, you can get cosmetics to use in this island! Although, you won’t unlock free Fortnite skins or anything here. These are the items you can use on the Fortnite Disneyland Game Rush:

• Micky Ears
• Spider-Bot Hat
• R2-D2 Head
• Backpack

There are also other rewards. Including secret golden versions of the rewards hidden behind secret areas. There should be a decent amount for players to explore in Fortnite Disneyland Game Rush.

These new items are tied to the mode you’re in though. You can’t use in the wider game. It would be a little weird to be premiering new cosmetics like hats through a Disneyland mode like this. You’ll only have a limited time to use them too.

Mode’s Limited Availability

The Fortnite Disneyland Game Rush mode is only going to be here for a short period. Players have until Chapter 7 starts up to experience it. The mode releases on November 6th 2025, and it due to go away once we reach Chapter 7. It’s not clear why it’s a time limited mode. But leakers think greater integration between Disney and Fortnite is coming down the line. So, we might get a replacement for this mode by the time Chapter 7 actually arrives.
