In an incredibly dominant performance over the two maps, Daystar took the victory in the APAC LCQ, taking the final spot in the region for the Six Invitational 2026. Having struggled early, they clutched up and never looked like losing once they got into the series.
Earlier in the day, All Gamers took down Soul’s Heart Esports to set them up for the rematch with Daystar. Things looked very good early for them as they took a crucial lead in the series. However, with three map points on the first map, All Gamers lost momentum and handed the map, and with it the series over to Daystar.
In what was a rematch of our Upper Bracket Final, we had Daystar taking on All Gamers once again. When the two met last time, Daystar came away 2-1 winners, a series in which Daystar did dominate when they took round victories, with the one round All Gamers won being much closer. The Grand Final gave All Gamers its chance at revenge, while Daystar had just watched All Gamers take down Soul’s Heart Esports in a 2-1 victory in the Lower Bracket Final.
The series did not get off to the start that Daystar would have wanted. Daystar did not have a good attacking half, ending with a 5-2 deficit as All Gamers looked fired up and fresh off the back of the previous series. All Gamers took the first advantage in the series, moving to a 6-3 lead and taking three massive map points. Pressure was on Daystar, who took risks in the first of the three map points, which was worth it as they claimed the first round. Things got even worse for All Gamers as Daystar once again took a round, putting All Gamers on just one map point advantage. Daystar pulled it back to overtime as All Gamers threw away three crucial map points.
Despite having a 6-3 disadvantage in the map, Daystar took the advantage in overtime, before taking the next to close out the map. Daystar won five rounds in a row to secure a huge comeback, putting all the pressure on All Gamers in the next two maps of the series.

In what could have been the deciding round, Daystar took an incredible early round lead as they started on the defence. Securing the first four rounds before All Gamers were able to get a reply on the attack. All Gamers secured the final two rounds of the half, but Daystar remained in a commanding 4-2 lead. Once they took the map advantage, they never let up, maintaining their 100% serikes win, a first chance to play at the Six Invitational is now on the cards for Daystar.
Overall, an incredible Grand Final, but one that will leave the members of All Gamers scratching their heads at what could have been. They came close, but close isn’t enough. With just one LCQ left to play, we almost know everyone who will be at the Six Invitational in just a month’s time.
