The series opened with Aurora Gaming looking to assert their dominance early with their surprise Franco pick. However, Team Liquid matched it with Terizla to establish control on their opponents. The early game was fairly even until the Sanford’s Terizla just Flicker Penalty Zoned Aurora after winning the 3rd turtle fight.

Another huge initiation from Sanford, followed by Jaypee was what put an end to the fear of repeating their previous Game 1 mistake, taking the match lead this time decisively.

Game 2: Liquid Builds Momentum

Their draft focused on map control and sustained pressure — and it paid off. Aurora tried to shift tempo with grouping early to be teamfight heavy, but Liquid’s rotations were airtight. Aurora never got back up within the game and a dominant Lord push sealed the deal, putting the defending champs ahead 2-0.

By Game 3, Aurora began to show cracks. Team Liquid’s adaptability and synergy were simply on another level. Aurora Gaming tried to change up their draft with using an assassin jungler, Yi Sun-Shin instead of utility. Team Liquid matched it with one of KarlTzy’s signature picks, Hayabusa.

In the 3rd game, every clash went Liquid’s way, showing why they’re one of the best MLBB teams. Letting them snowball their way to victory. The game ended in another clean victory that placed Liquid at match point with a commanding 3-0 lead.

Game 4: The Finishing Blow

With the title on the line, Team Liquid came out with unwavering confidence. Their draft exuded control and composure, while their in-game execution bordered on perfection. Their surprise Luo Yi pick for Sanji was what dictated the pace of the game.

From the first Turtle to the final Lord attempt, Liquid never once relinquished control. With the minions already knocking on Aurora’s base while they are contesting for the Lord, Sanji decided to go for a Diversion (Luo Yi’s Ultimate) play to go straight to the base. Aurora’s attempts to prolong the game were cut short by Sanji’s 200 IQ play, winning them the game. In just over 17 minutes, Team Liquid stormed Aurora’s base to secure a 4-0 sweep — a statement finish to their incredible season.
