With the top teams fighting for the title next week in Madrid, this is everything you need to know about the LEC Summer Finals and all the activities in the Spanish capital.

LEC returns to Madrid for the Summer Finals

LEC to crown the champion at Caja Magica

As usual with the LEC Summer Finals, the event will take place from September 26th to 28th at the Caja Magica. It will kick off with the lower bracket final series between FNC and KC, which will decide the third team joining MKOI and G2 to Worlds 2025.

On Saturday, the winner will then go on to face MKOI to see who locks a ticket to the final, where they will meet G2 for the LEC Championship trophy. All matches will begin at 17:00 CET.

LEC XPO

During the weekend, there will also be the LEC XPO at the Plaza de España, with several exhibition booths and fun activities for the LoL community. Aside from LEC team booths, the festival will feature a TFT and Riftbound booths, meet & greets, LoL Quiz, and more. All access will be free, with the XPO open from 11:00 to 19:00 CET on Saturday and Sunday.

LEC song of the summer released

Riot Games has also unveiled the official LEC remix of ‘Here, Tomorrow’ by League of Legends & Kevin Penkin (feat. Lilas Ikuta), which will be featured during the event.

Guidelines for attending fans

According to the brief shared by Riot Games, Caja Mágica will open the doors at 15:00 CET each day. LEC Preshow begins at 16:30 on Friday and Saturday, and at 16:00 on Sunday.

Fans can bring their backpacks to the arena as long as they are not bigger than the A5 size. Bags will be checked by security at the entrance. Banners, signs, and flags are allowed as long as they are event-related and contain no offensive or obscene language, as well as commercial messages, logos, political, regional, separatist, or country flags or political endorsements. They also must be small enough for a person to hold, no bigger than 90cm x 150cm, and must not obstruct the view of others.

Only bottles of 500ml or less are allowed without a cap. Cans and all alcoholic beverages are not allowed. There won’t be any cloakroom services.

Aside from the usual English talents in the LEC broadcast, here are the Spanish talents for the event:
