The female CS2 scene is always evolving, and the best teams are improving all the time. Support from events like ESL Impact and Tradeit League FE Masters has helped the scene to grow, although Impact’s loss will make 2026 a tougher year than ever. That’s why I’m looking at the best female CS2 teams of 2026 with a top-five ranking!

Best Female CS2 Teams in 2026 | Top 5 Ranking

As the women’s CS2 field evolves, we’ll make sure to keep this top-five ranking update, so you’re always in the loop with the best female teams at the moment.

5. FlyQuest Red

  • FlyQuest RED Roster: Fawx, Emy, BiBiAhn, vanessa, and marie

Considering the players at their disposal, particularly the stellar BiBiAhn, there’s a real argument that FlyQuest RED have underperformed as a roster. They failed to make a dent during the bulk of their ESL Impact appearances, but it’s their longevity that lands them on this list of the best female CS2 teams. While others burn bright and fast, FlyQuest RED have stuck around, even if their overall results only land them fifth on this list of the best women’s CS teams. For 2026, they’ve replaced GooseBreeder with Fawx, and it remains to be seen if it can take them to the next level.

4. Pigeons

  • Pigeons Roster: tory, twenty3, Kat, vicu, and wieenN

The former Imperial Valkyries core are now Pigeons, albeit with BIG EQUIPA’s vicu coming in for long-time AWPer ANa. It’s a bold choice, but after a struggling 2025, something had to be done. Make no mistake: the core of players including tory, twenty3, and Kat still comprise the best female CS2 team of all time, given their previous dominance over the ESL Impact circuit, but their form last year has seen them slip down the rankings into 2026. Is vicu enough to breathe new life into this lineup?

3. FURIA fe

  • FURIA fe Roster: gabs, bizinha, izaa, kaahSENSEI, and lulitenz

FURIA fe made history when they won the ESL Impact Season 7 Finals at the start of 2025, becoming the first team outside of the Imperial Valkyries core to lift the trophy. That immediately put them among the best female CS2 teams in the world, but they couldn’t quite follow up that win with any real momentum. They didn’t even make it to the Season 8 Finals, but I’m convinced that was more of a one-off than anything serious for this roster to be too concerned about. In bizinha, they still have one of the best female CS2 players in the world, and remain a force to be reckoned with going into 2026.

2. MIBR fe

  • MIBR fe Roster: Olga, GaBi, poppins, yungher, and Dani

MIBR fe enjoyed an incredible second half of 2025, and came within one map of winning ESL Impact League Season 8 Finals. Their game has been completely elevated by the addition of veteran Olga. She has brought her experience to the table to transform them into one of the best female CS2 teams right now, but they need to continue to grind if they’re to stay near the top of the pyramid in 2026. It will be tough.

1. BIG EQUIPA

  • BIG EQUIPA Roster: ASTRA, Hanka, aiM, Emmsan, and sosya

BIG EQUIPA became the final ESL Impact League champions at the end of 2025, securing their spot as the best women’s CS2 team in the world. In-game leader ASTRA has been one of the best roster changes in female CS, her leadership and fragging output making an enormous difference to BIG EQUIPA’s fortunes. They’re on top right now, but I have one big caveat about this team: they have made two roster changes heading into 2026. kyossa has retired at just 21, while AWPer vicu has left for Pigeons. NIP Impact’s aiM has arrived to fill one spot, with sosya coming from Fingers Crossed fe for the other. Whether they can fill the massive void will determine how relevant BIG EQUIPA are in 2026.
