Nuke is undoubtedly among the most iconic Counter-Strike maps of all time. It has been a series staple as far back as CS 1.6, despite spending various spells in and out of the Active Duty map pool. Nuke has also gone through substantial changes across its various iterations, although the current version has remained the same for a while now.

This means that the CS2 Nuke callouts have gone through their fair share of changes over the years, although they’re pretty settled right now. It’s a map with its share of experts, so you’ll need to be pretty clued in on the up-to-date Nuke calls to have a chance at being successful.

Because Nuke is one of the few maps with various levels of verticality, we’ve separated our CS2 callouts guide into two maps for this one. This will give you a better idea of the Nuke CS2 callouts you can expect to encounter during your time on the map.

CS2 Nuke Callouts List (2025)

  • CT Spawn: The area where CTs spawn at the start of every round.
  • T Spawn: The area where Ts spawn at the start of every round.
  • Truck: Large truck found to the right as you leave T Spawn.
  • Lobby: Large open lobby area located on the T side of main building.
  • T Roof: Roof above Lobby, accessed via ladders in Lobby and near Truck.
  • Squeaky: Small room attached to Lobby, with a door that leads to A Site.
  • Radio: Small room attached to Lobby leading to Ramp.
  • Trophy: Small room attached to Radio leading to Ramp.
  • Control: Short corridor ahead of Trophy leading to Ramp.
  • Boost: Stacked boxes to the right of Control entrance, players can boost onto here to surprise Ts.
  • Ninja: Cubby below Boost.
  • Ramp: Huge ramp area leading to either Hell and B Site.
  • Big Box: Large box located at the top of Ramp, with a view into Control.
  • Headshot: Another large box located at the very back of Ramp, with a view into Control and Trophy.
  • Hell: Small room underneath Heaven.
  • Lockers: Small room next to Hell, with windows that look to Outside.
  • CT Box: Small box located just outside CT Spawn.
  • Heaven: Upper area of A Site, only refers to the tucked-in area above Hell.
  • Rafters (A Site): Rafters on the upper area of A Site, can refer to any of the three sides.
  • Hut: Small hut from Lobby leading directly onto A Site.
  • A Site: Plantable area on the A side of the map.
  • Tetris: Two boxes, one big and one small, located next to Hut.
  • Vent: Vent closest to Squeaky on A Site. Can be broken to head down to B Site.
  • 2nd Vent: Vent furthest away from Squeaky on A Site. Can’t be broken.
  • Main: Small hut between Vent and 2nd Vent, with an exit to Outside.
  • Blue Box: Large blue box located around the side of the main building,
  • Outside: Main open outside area of the map.
  • Garage: Large garage located at the very back of the Outside area on the CT side of the map. Has a direct view to Yard Boxes.
  • Secret: Set of stairs leading down to B Site.
  • Red: Red box in the middle of Outside.
  • Yard Boxes: Various boxes located underneath Silo.
  • Silo: Huge silo Outside that can be accessed from T Roof.
  • Tunnels: Set of corridors leading to B Site from Secret.
  • Back Vents: Corridor leading to Single from Vents or Secret.
  • Vents: Inside the Vent.
  • Single: A room with a single door leading onto B Site.
  • Rafters (B Site): Rafters on the upper area of B Site, can refer to any of the three sides.
  • B Site: Plantable area on the A side of the map.
  • Double: Set of double doors leading to B Site.
  • Window: Double window overlooking B Site.
  • Dark: Small cubby tucked away in the corner of B Site.
  • Bottom Ramp: Bottom area of the main Ramp leading to B Site.

Given the fact that Valve has a long history of changing Nuke when required, don’t be surprised to see the developer iterate even more on the map in the future. Depending on the changes, this could mean that the Nuke CS2 callouts change, too. If they do, we’ll reflect the callout alterations right here.
