One of the highlights for a ton of fighting games’ this weekend is going to be Mindset 2025. A European fighting game tournament that’s going to be host to quite a few different games. It’s a quieter month for fighting game esports, but we’ll see some more tournaments happening here. There’s going to be major events for Arc System Games as part of the World Tour, but also a fun outing for newer titles.
One of the most exciting is the showcase for 2XKO. This game is going to be featured in two different formats. With a better prize pool than the majority of established games. Which isn’t too bad for a game that’s still in beta.
Fighting Game tournaments usually offer a mix of different games. While entries like SF 6 and Tekken 8 are being featured, they won’t be part of their bigger circuits. But, Mindset 2025 does still have a lot to offer players though. Especially if you’re interested in the developing meta for 2XKO. This game will be featured as two different formats at Mindset 2025. This is everything that’s happening at Mindset 2025, and how can you follow along.
Mindset 2025 is going to be a fighting game tournament happening over the weekend. Taking place November 29-30th. It’s a Paris tournament, with different events for various games. Each of the titles is played with a Pools round, followed by the elimination bracket to find the champion. Although, some of the very small tournaments might just run as a bracket given the player numbers.

These are the games and tournaments featured at the event:
One of the bigger events here is Guilty Gear Strive. This tournament is an Arc World Tour event, so players can earn points for the ongoing circuit here. It also features a €1,000 prize pool too, so there’s stakes in this bracket by itself too. There are 71 players signed up so far. Including some bigger European players like Verix and PataChu. Strive isn’t the newest game, but it’s always one of the most exciting on these rosters.
Along with Strive, another recent Arc game will be featured here, Grandblue Fantasy Versus Rising. This is also part of the Arc World Tour for 2025-26. It’s got a slightly improved prize pool too though, at €1,200. There are only 35 players signed up too, so a of opportunities for players to win something.
The next of the Mindset 2025 games is going to be 2XKO. This might be the biggest tournament at the event. There’s going to be a much bigger prize pool for the upcoming Riot fighter.
2XKO will have a €5,000 prize pool! With over €2,000 going to the winner alone. The event has some major players attending like Wawa and Noka. There’s going to be a Solos side of things which will be the bigger one. However, there’s also going to be a Duos tournament. 2XKO is joining Smash Bros in getting two different events at fighting game tournaments.

Just like SF 6, Tekken 8 is getting a standalone tournament here too. There are around 80 players signed up for those, and it’s got a prize pool of €500. It’s on the smaller side but Tekken 8 will be a fun side of Mindset 2025.
The next one up is Fatal Fury City of the Wolves. This is a newer game but one that’s been a fun inclusion at events this year. The prize pool is lower here, with a €150 prize pool. But there’s not many players signed up so far.
The players locked in for the Capcom Cup 12 might be finished with in-person events, but these tournaments are still a fun look at how Europe’s biggest players are faring. Street Fighter 6 at Mindset 2025 will be a fun tournament.
It’s got a €1,000 prize pool, and there’s just under 100 players signed up for this. Including some major names like Mister Crimson.

Those are all of the bigger Mindset 2025 tournaments, but there are some smaller ones coming too. Like Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2. The older Guilty Gear title will be here along with Strive. This one has a €130 prize pool.
Finally, there’s a fairly minor tournament here for HunterXHunter. This has a €60 prize pool. It’s a pretty minor event, even at Mindset 2025.
That’s everything coming at Mindset 2025! It’ll be a fun fighting game tournament, especially for its events in GGS and 2XKO. It’s nice to see some of the smaller games getting an outing here too though.
