Team Vitality have entered the VALORANT scene by signing FrenzyGoKill players. After keeping a watchful eye on the scene for the past few months, the premier French esports organization becomes the latest esports team to make their splash into VALORANT. The news comes just a day after Fnatic also made their VALORANT entry official.

Vitality have signed the VALORANT roster of the FrenzyGoKill squad. This was after they earned the lone qualifier spot at the Red Bull Home Ground event. Vitality’s roster consists of Lukas “Feqew” Petrauskas, Ben Redjeb “Bramz” Bayram, Ouali “M4china” Manset, Vakaris “Vakk” Bebravicius, and Jokūbas “ceNder” Labutis.
M4china competed with the Purple Cobras squad during First Strike, before the team disbanded soon after. ceNder and Feqew are former teammates from the Lithuanian squad eXiLe Esports. Fellow Lithuanian vakk also competed at First Strike with nolpenki. Bramz most recently played for the Opportunists.
In an official press release, Fabien “Neo” Devide, President & Co-Founder of Team Vitality said that entering VALORANT has been a top priority for the organization. He called the potential of the roster sky high, and has “high ambitions to qualify for the World Championship at the end of 2021.” These are indeed loft goals for Vitality, given that the European region only has three slots at the VALORANT Champions event at the end of the 2021 Tour.
Vitality have proven they are capable of fielding and developing a world-class FPS team, as they currently have a top-three ranked CS:GO roster. They’ve also proven they have an eye for talent, snagging Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut right as he turned 18, and right before he developed into the world’s best CS:GO player.
Vitality will make their debut on the day of the announcement, participating in the open qualifier for the first Challengers event of the VALORANT Champions Tour.
