Rainbow Six Siege has teased the Year 11 Roadmap via social media, hinting at a possible crossover between Splinter Cell, the iconic Ubisoft franchise, and Metal Gear from Konami.

Rainbow Six Siege Year 11 Roadmap Teases Splinter Cell Metal Gear Crossover

The full reveal will happen on February 15th at 5 PM CET (11 AM ET), just before the Grand Final of the Six Invitational 2026 in Paris takes place. Ubisoft has teased the full announcement on X, though we might get a few more hints before the full reveal.

Rainbow Six Siege Year 11 Roadmap

With the Year 11 content due to start some time in March, shortly after the conclusion of the Six Invitational, the content tease is starting to roll out. Year 10 was a big year for Rainbow Six, with Year 11 now really needing to keep up the pace set by the previous year of content. This tease confirms early rumours by Rainbow Six leaker “Shiiny”, who first dropped the leak on January 28th. The rumour seems to be that Solid Snake will join as either an Operator or as a skin for one of the Operators on the roster.  Alongside that, a new weapon is expected to drop according to Shiiny:

New Y11S1 weapon for codename operator “Diamond.” The new weapon is a secondary suppressed pistol inspired by 2 of Snake’s signature pistols, the Socom MK 23 (MGS 1) and the WU Silent pistol (MGS V). This pistol is basically a Ruger Mark IV Tactical with a suppressor, aimpoint acro scope and the famous AN/PEQ-6 Laser Aim Module from the original MGS Socom pistol. Attachments could be removable, I’m not so sure yet.

While no other information is known, a new Operator is expected to drop early in 2026 for the attackers. With a new map also expected, we could see an iconic location from either Metal Gear or the Splinter Cell franchise.

For now, we’ll need to wait until we get more information during the Six Invitational, and if more leaks or official information come out, we’ll update this post.
