The Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) has officially announced Trackmania as its second game title for the country-based competition, which is set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, later this November.
The tournament organizer also unveiled the schedule and format of the tournament. Starting on November 19 and ending on November 22, the top 32 players in the world will be competing, split into four groups of eight players each, where all groups will go against each other.
Matches will use a 1v1v1v1 game mode, with two players from each group competing against two from another group in a head-to-head. There will be a 120-point limit during the group stage, with the top four players from each group advancing to the playoffs. In the final phase, the remaining 16 players will compete in a single-elimination playoff bracket, with an increase in the point limit to 140. Once a player hits the threshold, they must secure a round to win the match.
The announcement comes shortly after the game title was announced as part of the 2026 Esports World Cup (EWC) games lineup, featuring 32 players with a total prize pool of $500,000 prize pool.
According to a release, the 16 players will receive a direct invite based on the Trackmania Elite Cup Ranking, with the limitation of one player per nation. The Trackmania Elite Cup Ranking, which is managed by Ubisoft Nadeo, considers a player’s top five performances from the 10 weekly tournaments that will be available globally.
14 players will be able to get a spot through regional qualifiers, while two players will gain access through Wildcard slots. The online qualifiers will take place from June 19 to June 21, with the following distribution:
A maximum of two players per nation can compete in the Trackmania Esports Nations Cup tournament, as confirmed by the national team eligibility framework.
