The Esports World Cup 2025 has officially released its full schedule, confirming when fans will be able to catch their favorite esports across the mammoth two-month-long event. An eye-watering prize pool of $70 million is up for grabs across 25 titles, including new debutants such as Valorant, CrossFire, and… Chess? It also includes the event’s first-ever female tournament, which is being held in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
The inaugural Esports World Cup was held last year, with Team Falcons eventually being crowned overall champions thanks to its performance across numerous esports. This year, the goal for many teams will be to snatch that crown away from Falcons and become EWC 2025 champions. Who will you be supporting for the tournament in July?
The first event of the EWC 2025 schedule begins on July 8th, with the final one concluding on August 24th. This means there are almost two months of esports to enjoy, although most will undoubtedly only tune in to their specific favorites.

Each esport will have its own set of teams attending the Esports World Cup 2025. Although there is the EWCF Club Partner Program, which helps to support teams with the resources to get into the event, organizations must still qualify for each esports event separately. Because of the gargantuan prize pools on offer, it’s very likely we’ll see the biggest organizations from each respective esport make it to the EWC 2025.
