MPL PH S16

The MPL PH S16 is starting on August 22nd and this region houses not one but two world champions this season!

This will be the start of the official tournaments of MLBB esports this 2025. The Philippines will start the year off with new teams, new rosters, and new faces. Here’s all you need to know about MPL Philippines Season 16.

Dates and Format

Regular Season:

• August 22nd – October 12th, 2025
  • Double round-robin
  • All matches are Bo3
    • Earn 1 points for winning
    • No point for losing
  • Top 6 teams will advance to the Playoffs

Playoffs:

• Hybrid elimination
  • 3rd to 6th seeded teams compete in Round 1 (Single elimination)
  • 1st and 2nd seeded teams receive a round bye and will start in Round 2 (Double elimination)
•  All matches (excl. Lower Bracket Final & Grand Final) are Bo5
•  Lower Bracket Final & Grand Final are Bo7.
• Top 2 qualifies to M7 World Championship

The playoffs date for MPL PH Season 16 is still yet to have a date. The schedule will be updated here and the winners will be announced to determine the representatives of the M7 MLBB World Championship.
