MLBB MSC Knockouts Matchups – Huge Teams to Face Each Other

After the MSC Group Stage concluded, the MSC Knockouts now begins—the final leg of MSC 2025. The matchups for the last eight teams competing for the MSC title are officially set.

With the top eight teams locked in, the only thing left was to determine who would face whom. Before diving into the matchups, let’s quickly revisit the format of the MSC Knockout Stage.

MLBB MSC Knockout Stage Format

The MSC 2025 Knockout Stage follows a single-elimination bracket with a best-of-5 series format. Each team is matched based on their final standings in the Group Stage. This year’s format rewards teams that went undefeated in the Group Stage. The teams that ended with a 2-0 record are given the opportunity to choose their opponents from among the four teams that finished with a 2-1 record.

The team with the fastest total time in their winning games will get the first pick, followed by the others in descending order of speed. Let’s look at the time rankings of all 2-0 teams to determine their picking order in the MSC Knockouts.

MSC Time Rankings and Picking Order

The times below reflect the combined duration of the four winning games in the Group Stage, with losses excluded. Teams are ranked from fastest to slowest:

• Team Liquid — 53:14

• RRQ — 1:01:53

• Team Spirit — 1:04:52

• Mythic SEAL — 1:07:01

This means Team Liquid has the first pick, followed by RRQ, then Team Spirit. Mythic SEAL will be matched with whichever team remains unselected. The four teams that went 2-1 and are eligible to be picked for the MSC Knockouts are:

MLBB MSC Knockout Stage – Picking Results

Once the Group Stage ended, the following matchups were finalized for the first phase of the Knockout Stage, taking place on July 30–31, 2025:

• Team Liquid picks Aurora Gaming

• RRQ picks Selangor Red Giants OG Esports

• Team Spirit picks ONIC PH

• Mythic SEAL, by default, is matched with ONIC ID

MSC 2025 Knockout Stage Schedule

The MSC Knockouts Stage will run from July 30 to August 2, 2025. The first two matches will take place on July 30 at 12:00 PM GMT+3, followed by the remaining two on July 31 at the same time. These four matches will determine the final four teams, who will compete in the Semifinals on August 1 and then in the Grand Finals and 3rd Place Match on August 2.
