The League of Legends Championship Pacific (LCP), has announced Vietnam as the hosting city for the finals weekend scheduled for September 2025.

LCP – Vietnam to welcome League of Legends fans for the Finals
The announcement came from Riot Games itself, as they will be collaborating with the Vietnamese communication company FPT for the event’s production. The hosting city for the event will be Da Nang, but no further information regarding venues, tickets, or the schedule has been unveiled.
Featuring a prize pool of $80,000, the LCP Season Finals is the final stage for the Pacific League, determining the three teams representing the region at the year-end League of Legends World Championship, which is set to take place in China. The Finals will crown the first-ever LCP champion, following the merger of several minor regions in South East Asia, alongside Japan’s LJL and the Oceanic League.
The league consists of four partner teams (CTBC Flying Oyster, Fukuoka SoftBank HAWKS, GAM Esports and PSG Talon) and four guest organizations (Chiefs Esports Club, DetonatioN FocusMe, Secret Whales, and Vikings Esports). At the end of the year, two teams among guest partners will have to fight for their survival in the league through a relegation tournament, where they will be facing the top team from each of the regional leagues (PCS, LJL, LCO, VCS, plus a wildcard).
In the first split of the 2025 season, the LCP Season Kickoff, it was the PCS team CTBC Flying Oyster who came out victorious, representing the region at First Stand. The team is set to be a strong contender in the Mid Season split as well, which determines the two LCP teams at the upcoming Mid-Season Invitational, taking place in Vancouver, Canada, next month.
Where can I watch LCP matches?
Currently, all the LCP action is streamed live on LoL Pacific’s official Twitch and YouTube channels.
