While most of the major regions have completed their offseasons, the LCP still has a lot of question marks on how the team will shape up: here are all the latest rumors and moves ahead of LCP 2026.
Updates as of December 15.
As the undisputed number one team from the region, CTBC Flying Oyster will have a big task during the offseason after losing three of its six members. The jungle-mid duo of Junjia and HongQ went to JDG while Kaiwing moved to Brazil to join Vivo Keyd Stars.
Rest has recently re-signed with the team and will play alongside Doggo. Driver has announced he’s looking for a team (LFT) so he’s not expected to play for CFO going into the next year. For the replacements, there is an ongoing rumor that the new jungler will be Shad0w, formerly of BiliBili Gaming, while it’s unclear who the mid and support will be.
Deep Cross Gaming is the latest addition to the LCP after winning the promotion tournament at the end of the season. All of its players from the 2025 roster had their contracts officially expire on November 16, but there is a chance we might see some of them stay, considering the recent results.
DFM lost out on mid laner Aria, who often carried the team over the past years. According to the GDC, all the players from the 2025 roster no longer have a contract so the Japanese team might go for a major rebuild in the LCP 2026 season.
Softbank HAWKS have gone for a major rebuild for the new season. Aside from retaining Evi in the top lane and Marble in the ADC position, the team picked up three Korean players: jungler Van, support Vsta, and mid laner Aria.
While Aria and Vsta are familiar faces within the Pacific region and the LCK, Van previously played for Sengoku Gaming in the LJL, winning the championship.
GAM will have a new leader heading into the 2026 season. With Levi officially retiring and becoming a content creator, the new jungler is going to be Draktharr, joining from Team Flash. In the support role, the team has brought in the charismatic Taki from Team Secret Whales.
MGN Vikings come from a somewhat disappointing season. The team has contracts with most of its players, except for the ADC role, which saw both Shogun and Sty1e part ways.
With TALON officially removed from the league, a new organization is set to join the LCP in 2026. Currently, it’s still unofficial on who that team will be and who is going to play.
Only one roster change for Team Secret Whales after a decent run at Worlds. Taki, who left for GAM Esports, has been replaced by Bie, who returns to the team after his last stint between 2023 and 2024.
