Who are the top trios to keep an eye on at the FNCS Major 3? As we’re moving towards the final Major of the year, which are the teams to watch? We’ve had a good look at how these teams have performed at the earlier two Majors, along with the other tournaments this season. There’s quite a few stand out FNCS Major 3 trios to keep an eye on.
The final FNCS Major is starting up on August 2nd, it’ll run all weekend. This season’s Fortnite esports have had a condensed format though. We only got two Divisional Cups, fewer Cash Cups, and now it’s already the finals! Not as much time for teams to prove themselves. Who are the standout FNCS Major 3 teams to watch?

One of the top NCS Major 3 Trios is Khanada, Rapid, and Boltz. They especially popped off in Group 2 securing their spot in the Finals. This has always been a trio that’s competing for the title in the most competitive region. But this season feels like they’re on another level.
In the Groups, they repeatedly took the high ground and made intrusting plays. Using the shockwave pistol to dominate from above the rest of the lobby. Competing in one of the toughest Groups, they were the clear standout. They only took as many games as they did to win because of some unlucky circumstance, like Clix throwing himself at their high ground simply to deny them the win. They’re looking like one of the best FNCS Major 3 Trios.
The elephant in the room might be Khanada’s bad luck at finals. Essentially, somebody at Epic doesn’t like him. Inexplicably, every finals, some update hits that happens to massively effect Khanada specifically and no one else. Sometimes half way through the session. They’ve already lost their gold water, giving them a worse landing spot than a lot of the other FNCS Major 3 teams.

Over in Europe, one of the top performing FNCS Major 3 Trios so far has been SwizzY, Queasy, and Merstach. They took first place in both FNCS Divisional Cups last Major, and came in 5th eventually. Along with placing well in the Performance Evaluations.
They won a late game in Group 3 of the Group stage. Which maximizes practice without leaving it to the very final game. Europe is the most competitive region but they’re one of the standout teams so far.

Next in NAC we’ve got Clix, Eomzo, and Higgs. One of the biggest draws to watching the FNCS this year has been this trio’s run. They’ve been climbing Major to Major, only just losing out last time. One thing that’s working in their favor this time is the landing spot.
While the other top trios have been competing for the Demon’s Domain Medallion, these three held up at Supernova Academy. A spot with a vault, loads of superhero chests, the most shrines, plenty of materials, equally spread between a ton of spire spawns. It’s the best landing spot on the map.
You might not get a medallion but you get just about everything else. What’s more, it’s uncontested in this region. Other teams throw themselves at each other in 50/50s, while Clix Eomzo and Higgs have been freely allowed to roll through the best clear spot on the map game after game. Along with their ever-increasing skill, it might finally net them an FNCS title this time.

This next FNCS Major 3 Trio are coming in off some fantastic results lately. They won Majors back in 2024 and have been placing well all throughout 2025. They’re yet to get a Major win this year though. It makes their final performance here all the more important, though that’s the case for a lot o the FNCS Major 3 Trios competing for their slot at the Lan this weekend.
They have some strong performances in the Groups too, topping out the consistency side of things for their Group. Along with good results in the Divisional Cups so far. Europe is always quite unpredictable, but this Major could be their opportunity to add a Chapter 6 win to their history.

Finally, we’ve got the returning champions from the last Mjaor in NACl Peterbot Ritual and Cold. Ater just missing out in Major, 1 they won the second and are ins trong form this season. The big problem might be the landing spot though.
Peterbot, Ritual, and Cold have spent all season hotdropping another of the top FNCS Major 3 teams, Pollo, Acorn, and AAjerss. Peterbot and his old Duo’s partner have been going head-to-head every game. Which has essentially meant they wasted a ton of games with a bad drop or just RNG from the gun they drop on not spawning. It’s not a reliable way of playing these tournaments, but it seems the drama of the hot drop was more important to Peterbot than results.
It’s been a mystery if they actually kept to this plan through the entire finals, one that Epic’s decided to take away.
The next live event is going to level Demon’s Domain. No more hotdropping for it. Peterbot is already threatening to take other POIs. But it introduces a huge element of unpredictability into the finals. We haven’t had all season to see how this drop effects them, especially since their apparent new spot of Brutal Boxcars is right next to another of the big FNCS Major 3 Trios. They’re one of the favorites to win, but given all the drama this season with their drop, they’ll be the Trio with the most eyes on them at the FNCS Major 3 Finals.

Those are some of the key FNCS Major 3 Trios to watch at the finals. There’s going to be 99 players in each region though, each the best in their server. So, it’s going to be worth watching the events to see who claims victory and the final teams heading to the Global Championship LAN.
