The release of charms in CS2 was enormous. A new cosmetic to collect and decorate your guns with? Perfect! What players didn’t initially realize is that each one has 100,000 CS2 charm patterns. Each one is unique and slightly different from the last.
Some charms change color throughout their 100,000 patterns, while others see a change in pattern. I’m looking at every CS2 charm here, and checking out their patterns to see which are the best and rarest for each.
Starting out with the Baby Karat CT CS2 charm patterns is pretty simple. This CS2 weapon charm is various shades of bronze between charm templates 0 to 50,000, after which it becomes golden. The higher the number between 50,000 and 100,000, the more gold it is.

Baby Karat T works exactly like the previous item. Bronze until 50,000, golden afterward. You can definitely expect to pay a premium for the gold options, though.

When it comes to the Baby’s AK CS2 charm patterns, there are only a few different variants across the 100,000 templates. Lower charm templates start out with red wood across the gun, which progressively gets more brown the higher you go.

The Backsplash charm patterns take you from green, to blue, and finally to purple. This isn’t my favorite CS2 charm, but the available options are admittedly pretty cool.

The only difference with the Big Kev CS2 charm patterns is the color of his shirt. This one goes from pink to purple at around charm template 65,000, before eventually becoming a cyan blue at around 85,000 and above. It’s not the widest variety of color options for Big Kev.

Chicken Lil’ has perhaps the biggest variation of patterns of any CS2 charm. It’s the highlights that change color here, going through just about every color across the 100,000 charm patterns. The default Chicken Lil’ comes at around charm template 50,000, with everything else a stark departure in terms of color.

Diamond Dog CS2 charm patterns are all about the pearlescence. For a more pearlescent effect, you want a lower charm template. The higher you go, the duller it gets.

The Die-cast AK charm patterns will almost certainly become a favorite with CS2 craft creators for years to come. The AK-47 completely changes color with this one, spanning every color to complement just about every skin in the game. The highlight is the gold Die-cast AK, which can be found around charm template 5000. Anywhere from 2000 to 7000 should still be pretty golden, though.

Diner Dog CS2 charm patterns are complete potluck. Each one is totally different, looking like something AI would create if asked to create a new Piet Mondrian painting. I’ve shown off one of the many Diner Dog charm templates below to preview the kind of things you can get, but always check these out in-game before you buy one.

The Disco MAC charm patterns are glittery and groovy all the same. From purple to blue, and everything in between, there’s a strong amount of variation across the 100,000 charm templates with this one.

In the lower charm templates, the Glamour Shot starts off as a largely red pistol. This changes between purple and various shades of blue as you move higher into the CS2 charm patterns for this one. Ultimately, there’s very little different here due to the diamonds being the star of the show, so you won’t really find that any particular Glamour Shot charm is any more expensive than another.

I love all the potential CS2 charm patterns for the Hot Hands. From 0 to around 50,000 charm template, it’s a bold pink color, after which it starts to resemble a more traditional flame. When you get near the charm template 99,000, the Hot Hands is at its best.

There isn’t much to say about the Hot Howl CS2 charm patterns. Lower charm templates are shinier, with a more intense orange color near their center. It dulls out, the higher you go in the charm templates. The lower charm patterns for the Hot Howl can fetch a pretty penny on CS2 marketplaces.

Red, to brown, to yellow, from charm template 0 to 100,000. I can’t lie – the Hot Sauce charm patterns aren’t the prettiest. But hey, maybe you’ll love them. At least it’s cheap.

Think of the Hot Wurst CS2 charm patterns like this: charm templates between 0 and 15,000 will have the lower-intensity holo effect, while anything above has the much more colorful holo effect. This little sausage dude is a winner, for sure.

Lil’ Ava‘s combat vest goes from green, to brown, to purple, and that’s about it with this CS2 charm pattern. The approximate charm templates are as follows: 1 to 25,000 is green, 25,000 to 55,000 is brown, and 55,000 to 100,000 is purple. Simple.

Don’t worry too much about the CS2 charm patterns on the Lil’ Cap Gun. The colored cap on the weapon goes from yellow to orange, but that’s about it.

Lil’ Crass CS2 charm patterns alter the color of his bandana. It’s not the most exciting change, but it can make a big difference to a CS2 craft you put this charm on. The charm templates between 0 to 60,000 see this go from red to yellow, with green and blue coming in higher templates.

The Overpass-themed Lil’ Monster CS2 charm is one of the best, and has some very unique charm patterns to use. The tongue of the monster is the alternating factor here, becoming more blue the higher you go. My advice is to go as high as possible, searching for that perfect Blue Gem Lil’ Monster charm.

Lil’ Sandy CS2 charm patterns fit just about any sticker craft, with the color of the swimsuit changing around every 10,000 charm templates. Starting out at red, this one covers orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. It’s a versatile charm, with tons of charm patterns to collect. Blue seems to be the most common here, with red being the rarest.

The Lil’ SAS charm patterns are fascinating. Most players seem to get the blue and green CS2 charm patterns, but other ones are proving to be much rarer (and more expensive). It’s just the eyes that change color here, but some players are really big fans of this one.

With Lil’ Squatch CS2 charm patterns, you get most colors in the rainbow, with the swimwear changing each time. Colors notably change around every 15,000 charm templates for Lil’ Squatch.

Lil’ Squirt CS2 charm patterns change the color of the highlights on the water gun. It’s not complicated, nor does it make much difference. I don’t see many gamers caring too much about this one.

The ceramic designs of the Lil’ Teacup charm patterns are fascinating. I love them, but just know, it’s totally random which one you get each time. The designs are totally different. If you buy a Lil’ Teacup charm on the Steam Community Market, inspect it first so you know what you’re getting.

If I had to guess, I’d say Lil’ Whiskers is the most popular of the first round of CS2 charms released. The various charm patterns here change the color of the cat, starting out purple and pink before moving into more greenish hues. With our gallery below, you can get a good grasp of the colors available across the 100,000 Lil’ Whiskers CS2 charm patterns.

The Pinch O’ Salt CS2 charm patterns are… interesting, to say the least. Each color is significantly different, and quickly changes throughout the 100,000 charm templates available. My favorite comes in at around the 70,000 mark, where it looks like a cactus.

In our opinion, the Pocket AWP charm patterns aren’t anything to get too excited about. At the lower charm templates, the Pocket AWP resembles a normal CS2, and cycles through several dull colors throughout its 100,000 variations.

POP Art CS2 charm patterns aren’t too different. The color of the comic splash on the gun’s silencer changes through the charm templates.

Yep. The Semi-Precious CS2 charms are going to be EXPENSIVE. Each charm pattern for this looks like a Doppler knife, adding to the appeal. Lower charm templates look a lot like Gamma Dopplers, make them my personal favorites. Check out one of the charm templates below!

I can see it now – the Stitch-Loaded CS2 charm patterns are going to be super underrated. The charm templates alter the color of the stitching, starting out blue, before moving between pink, purple, orange, and green. You can see one of the charm patterns for the Stitch-Loaded below.

Aptly, the colors on the That’s Bananas CS2 charm patterns go from rotten to ripe throughout the charm templates. The lowest charm templates (sub-1,000) are pretty much fully brown, while anything 10,000 and above resembles a typical banana. From 90,000 and upwards, it even starts to gain a small greenish hue.

The Titeenium AWP charm patterns are among some of the most interesting in the game. Each one has two main colors on it, which slowly change as you move up the charm templates. I’m a fan.

The Whittle Knife CS2 charm patterns work similarly to the Baby’s AK I discussed earlier. Lower charm templates start out a much lighter brown, with the wooden knife becoming much more red the higher you go.
