Anubis has been part of the Active Duty CS2 map pool for a few years now, with one six-month break in between – it’s no longer a “new” map, even if it sort of still feels like one. Its recent return to the map pool makes the CS2 Anubis callouts essential learning right now. If you’re frequently playing Premier or FACEIT, you’ll find that knowing the Anubis CS2 callouts is essential. Don’t be left behind by not knowing them!

In terms of popularity among casual players, Anubis isn’t exactly Dust2 or Mirage. That means that whenever you play the map, there will always be at least one player who doesn’t know the Anubis CS2 callouts. Don’t be one of them! Maybe you’re not a visual learner, and that’s okay, too. Everyone has their own way of learning CS2 callouts. If a list is more your style, I’ve got you covered with these Anubis CS2 callouts below.

CS2 Anubis Callouts List (2026)

  • T Spawn: The area where T-side players spawn.
  • CT Spawn: The area where CT-side players spawn.
  • Beach: A large open space behind CT Spawn. Often used for saving.
  • Tunnel: A small tunnel used to connect Beach to Heaven on A-Site. Most used for retakes.
  • Heaven (A Site): Elevated platform overlooking A-Site.
  • Plat: Elevated area overlooking A-Site, to the right of Heaven.
  • Camera: Small tunnel connecting Mid and A-Site.
  • A Site: The bombsite on the A side of the map.
  • Fountain: Elevated platform with a view into A Main. Has a pillar for cover.
  • A Main: Main entrance into A Site.
  • Water: Small river area outside of A Main.
  • Wood: Wooden platform just underneath Carpet and next to Water.
  • Carpet: Elevated area used to reach A Site without exposing yourself to E-Box peeks.
  • Stairs: Main entrance to Water and Canal when running out of T Spawn.
  • Canal: Long exposed entrance to E-Box. Commonly used when crunching A-Site.
  • Street: Large open area found when leaving the right side of T-Spawn.
  • Top Mid: Area that Ts arrive on just before reaching the Bridge. Open to House peeks.
  • Bridge: Short bridge that leads players to Mid. A small gap exposes Bridge to players in Canals.
  • House: Small sheltered area that allows CTs to peek Bridge and Top mid early. Often smoked to gain control for Ts.
  • Double Door: Set of double doors used to enter Mid – an alternative to entering through House.
  • Mid: Main middle section of the map.
  • Palace: Backside entrance to B Site, commonly used by Ts to enter through Mid.
  • Cave: Small sheltered cave that provides a sneakier way to reach B Site without exposing yourself from Sniper.
  • Sniper: Elevated area that offers a sliver of a view into B Site. Often held by AWPers, hence the name.
  • Street (B Site): Tiny area located just below Sniper, used to hold B Site.
  • B Site: The bombsite on the B side of the map.
  • Backsite: Back of the B Site – has multiple pillars for cover.
  • Pillar: The main pillar found on B Site, offers great protection from one of E-Box or B Main, but not both.
  • E-Box: Small room used to enter B Site from Canals.
  • Ledge: Small ledge on the left of B Main, used to surprise entering Ts as they run onto the B site. Sometimes called Pizza due to its shape.
  • B Main: Main entrance into B Site.
  • B Long: Area just before reaching B Main. B Site players have no view of this.
  • Heaven (B Site): Elevated area next to B Long.

That’s all for the CS2 Anubis callouts in 2025. In the grand scheme of things, Anubis and its positions aren’t necessarily as set in stone as something like Mirage.
