Team Falcons have already secured their spot, so all eyes will be on the remaining sides to take the top spot.

Rainbow Six Siege X Europe MENA League Grand Finals Preview

As things stood going into the first weekend of games, G2 Esports sat in 5th in the Global Standings, with Team Secret in 8th. Team BDS, Gen.G, and Virtus.pro, on the other hand, would likely need to claim a top-three finish to make it or just claim the victory outright. Virtus.pro and Team BDS would have to play through the Lower Bracket. Competeing for a slot at the biggest event in Rainbow Six esports, there’s a lot at stake.

Here are the guaranteed points each of the six sides can achieve this weekend, updated as results for Rainbow Six Siege X Europe MENA League Grand Finals come in.

  1. Team Falcons – 2050 (Spot secured)
  2. G2 Esports – 1050 (Spot secured on points)
  3. Team Secret – 900 (spot secured)
  4. Team BDS – 200*
  5. Gen.G Esports – 150*
  6. Virtus.pro – 150*

*Indicates a side can no longer secure more points

Rainbow Six Siege X Europe MENA League Grand Finals Preview

Upper Bracket Final

Pride is on the line on December 6th, as G2 Esports and Team Falcons face off. Both sides have secured spots at the Six Invitational already, so this Best-of-three could be a first glimpse at what the Grand Final looks like on December 7th.

As for the Upper Bracket Final, it’s not been a good recent one for G2 Esports. Team Falcons have had the better of them twice in Stage 2 of the Europe MENA League 2025, and Team Falcons also got the better of G2 Esports at the recent BLAST R6 Major Munich 2025. Despite their loss in the Grand Final there, it was enough to secure a place at the Six Invitational for the Falcons.

With three series wins in a row for the Falcons over G2 Esports, there will be a lot of pressure on G2. However, they might get two cracks at the Rainbow Six Siege X Europe MENA League Grand Finals regardless. With the Lower Bracket Final awaiting whoever loses the first match between the two sides.

Lower Bracket Final

The loser of the Upper Bracket will then be sent down to face off against Team Secret. For both G2 and Team Falcons, Team Secret are a side they’ve beaten more than they’ve lost to; however, it’s been a bit of a coin-flip in 2025. Both sides have a slight edge on Team Secret, but they won’t be an easy side to face in the Lower Bracket. With all three teams having secured a spot at the Invitation 2026, however, it could make for some interesting games.

There is the small matter of some fairly sizeable prize money, which will be enough to incentivise many, we suspect.

Europe MENA League Weekend One Recap

G2 Esports vs Gen.G

A first-round domination for G2 Esports saw them set themselves up for a second game that would guarantee them a trip to Malta next week. In map two, Gen.G Esports showed some signs of life, forcing G2 Esports to a 6-4 match point situation. Gen.G forced it to another round, but G2 were able to secure the win, ending the series 7-5.

The defeat pushes Gen.G Esports into the lower bracket of Rainbow Six Siege X Europe MENA League Grand Finals on November 30th.

Team Falcons vs Team Secret

A very close first map of the series saw Team Falcons secure an early series lead. Team Secret had chances, and a win here would be so important for their chances of going to Paris in 2026. In the end, Team Falcons secured a 2-0 series win, after both maps went 7-5 in their favour.

As the better of the two losers, Team Secret secured a spot at the Lower Bracket Semi-Final, with VP heading to the Quarter Final.

Virtus.pro vs Team BDS

The day of 2-0 matches came to a close as Virtus.pro picked up another big victory as they started their long climb through the Lower Bracket. For Team BDS, it was over for them.

Day 2 Lower Bracket Runs

Day 2 saw Gen.G, Virtus.pro, and Team Secret get their last chances at qualifying for the Six Invitational. For Team Secret, getting to the Lower Bracket Final would likely be enough to secure a spot via Global Standings. As for VP and Gen, they would need a full Grand Final run or a straight-up victory to secure a spot.

It was VP that secured passage to the Lower Bracket semi-final against Team Secret; a win in that series would send Team Secret to Paris. Win they did, as Team Secret came away 2-0 victors against Virtus.pro to secure a spot at the Grand Final weekend.
