RORA Yue: “Always love yourself first to give you motivation to do things you want to achieve.”

Hotspawn sat down with Aurora Gaming PH’s Kenneth “Yue” Tadeo after getting a coveted spot in the Knockout Stage of M7 MLBB World Championship. They are now on their way to redeem themselves from an early finish during last year’s M6.

Hotspawn: Congratulations on qualifying for the Knockout Stage! Let’s forget about what happened last year but before that,

What’s different from compared to this M7 than last year?

Yue: Siguro yung iba ngayon bukod na si Light yung tank namin ngayon sa M7. Siguro yung nag-iba samin is yung chemistry namin tsaka yung composition ng team kase before nun andami naming nagagawang mali, which is hindi namin naayos during M6 and nitong M7, inayos namin yung mga dapat naming ayusin habang nasa tournament ng M7.

Yue: I think the difference between last year and this year besides, Light being our Roamer, is I think our chemistry and composition of our team because we made a lot of mistakes during M6 but this time in M7, we fixed what needed to be fixed while in the tournament of M7.

Hotspawn: After your first match against Team Liquid, you guys immediately bounced back continuously without any game loss.

What did you guys do to prepare?

Yue: Ang ginawa naming prep is yung nireview namin yung game namin pati yung game ng mga kalaban, para maimprove namin yung mga mali naming nagawa especially yung pinakamaliit na details.

Yue: The preparation we did was we reviewed our game as well as our opponents’ games to further improve ourselves and see where we committed mistakes, especially the smaller details.

Hotspawn: Actually, besides ingame, you became an inspiration among the MLBB PH community, myself included! Especially in your fitness journey.

What motivated you through your journey?

Yue: Yung fitness journey ko? Yung nagmotivate sakin dun is si Renejay kase si Renejay yung pinakaunang naggym samin. So sa kaniya ako namotivate.

Yue: My fitness journey? Actually it was Renejay that motivated me since it was Renejay that started to go to the gym first. So he was my motivation to go through with it.

Hotspawn: Again there are a lot offans that got inspired by you and have started their own journeys to their goals.

Any words to encourage the fans to achieve their goal like you?

Yue: Mahalin niyo lang yung sarili niyo kahit hindi magworkout or what. Basta mahalin niyo yung sarili niyo kase yun yung pinakamahalaga. 

Yue: Just love yourself first even if you don’t workout or what. Always love yourself first to give you motivation to do things you want to achieve.
