LCK Season Playoffs

LCK Season Playoffs is the last stage for the Korean LoL League for the 2025 competitive season, which determines the teams representing the region at the League of Legends World Championship.

LCK Season Playoffs 2025 Format

The LCK Season Playoffs will consist of a playoff bracket between the best six teams of the region. It will feature the top four from the LCK Rounds 3-5 as well as the two teams from the LCK Season Play-in.

Unlike previous playoff brackets seen in the LCK, all LCK teams will be placed in the upper bracket, meaning everyone will get a second chance after losing one series. The only difference is that the first two seeds will be placed directly in Round 2, receiving a bye.

The remaining four seeds will instead play in the first round, with #3 going against the #6 seed and #4 facing #5. All matches will be best-of-five series featuring Fearless Draft.

The top three teams in the tournament will directly qualify for the League of Legends World Championship, with their seeding decided upon their finishing position. Having won the Mid-Season Invitational, the LCK has been awarded an additional fourth slot, and will contend with the LPL #4 seed in the Worlds play-in stage.

LCK Season Play-ins and Playoffs Full Schedule

While the full schedule is yet to be unveiled, the LCK Season Play-ins will take place between September 3 and September 7. Once the two qualified teams are confirmed, the LCK Season Playoffs will begin on September 10 and end with the grand final on September 28.

LCK Season Playoffs Prize Pool

With the unification of the entire LCK season, the prize pool is distributed at the end of the year between the top four teams. The total prize pool of ₩562,500,000 (~€360,144) is distributed as follows:

1. ₩300 million (~€192,077)
2. ₩150 million (~€96,038)
3. ₩75 million (~€48,019)
4. ₩37.5 million (~€24,009)
