North American esports organization 100 Thieves has officially added Niship ‘Dhokla‘ Doshi to its League of Legends roster to become a sixth man for the team. Initially joining as a positional coach earlier last month, the player will now be splitting stage time with the original starting top laner, Rayan ‘Sniper’ Shoura, for the remainder of the LTA North Split 3.

Dhokla makes it back to the LTA
The American-Indian player comes at a time when 100 Thieves will have one last chance to make it to Worlds, after they announced the team will be exiting the League of Legends scene at the end of the year.
With the announcement taking fans by surprise, the team’s head coach, Greyson ‘Goldenglue‘ Gilmer, explained the reasoning behind the decision in a post on X: “To provide more context for adding Dhokla as our sixth man, he has been a tremendous resource for us both competitively and culturally. Sniper and Dhokla will share the spot to increase our flexibility in the draft. We’re looking forward to trying our best to qualify for Worlds,” he said.

100 Thieves is not the only tier-one team with six players on the roster
While multi-man rosters have always met skepticism due to chemistry concerns, inconsistent practice environments, and the difficulty of maintaining quality stage play with rotating lineups, 100 Thieves is not the first team to run six-man rosters this season.
The most successful case this season has been the LCP’s CTBC Flying Oyster (CFO): Hsu “Rest” Shih-Chieh and Shen “Driver” Tsung-Hua have been constantly sharing stage time, and they are currently the only team to have qualified for all the international tournaments of the 2025 season so far.
With Dkhola coming in, the top laner will be playing alongside mid laner Lim ‘Quid‘ Hyeon-seung, jungler Kim ‘River‘ Dong-woo, bot laner Ian Victor ‘FBI‘ Huang, and support Bill ‘Eyla‘ Nguyen.
