As one of, if not, the most popular ADC champion in League of Legends, here are the best Jinx supports you should be playing alongside her in 2025.
Jinx is known for being a relatively straightforward ADC to play. Her kit is not mechanically intensive, although she requires great positioning to be able to maximize her value. Scaling up and getting resets at the start of fights are the keys to unlocking her potential.
Here are the five best champions to play with Jinx in 2025. Most of them can be played regardless of the meta, although we will be adding occasional meta picks if they happen to work out exceptionally well. If there is a support champion above the rest for Jinx, I think the best choice is Thresh. Unless the support champion is a terribly weak state (which he isn’t right now), he is the one who can allow Jinx to snowball and single-handedly carry games. The two champions complement each other very well and the pick potential is what you need for Jinx to get her early resets at the start of fights. Paired with Thresh’s ultimate slow, it makes it easy for Jinx to dish out damage and finish off with the Super Mega Death Rocket (ultimate).
Some will say that Lulu is actually the stronger support between her and Thresh. While I can agree on an enchanter-heavy meta, I still think Thresh is a lot more proactive and will reward players who are able to push their advantages more consistently.
Regardless, Lulu is still the second-best choice you have with the Zaunite marksman. Her kit is tailor-made to keep ADCs alive and she can increase Jinx’s damage output by increasing her attack speed. With the added shields and her ultimate, Jinx becomes incredibly hard to shut down in any late-game teamfight. For the enemy team, it will become a nightmare to deal with. Positioning, however, is everything: none of you must get caught, or else it will backfire extremely quickly.
Although he is not that popular of a champion, I believe Tahm Kench is criminally underrated for Jinx. He is one of the best Jinx duos you can find when it comes to disrupting enemies and bodyblocking abilities for her and you will be surprised at how tanky the champion is compared to other tank supports. It might not be one of the aggressive bot lane duos, but if you’re picking Tahm Kench, expect to shine the longer the game goes.
If you’re someone who loves hard trades and looks to engage in the laning phase, look no further than Nautilus. His crowd control chain makes it easy for Jinx to follow up with auto attacks and abilities, often leading to one-sided trades. Once you get six, you’re almost guaranteed to shut down one single target with a combo rotation. That being said, Nautilus is less forgiving than Thresh: if you mess up the engage, chances are you are not going to come out of the skirmish alive. Not all the best Jinx supports can get away with it.
Braum is a more defensive option than Nautilus and closer to Tahm Kench. He can block incoming projectiles with his wall, but what’s really valuable is the ability to quickly proc stuns from the passive, making it easy to shut down targets and activate the resets to take over. Both champions, however, lack damage early on, so waiting for the right item power spikes is an essential aspect to mastering this duo.
