- Open a Run window
- Enter %localappdata% and press Enter
- Find the EpicGamesLauncher folder
- Then the Saved folder in there
- Delete webcache, webcache_4147, and webcache_4430
PlayStation
- Turn the PlayStation off
- Press and hold the power button to get it back on in safe mode
- Connect your controller with a USB cable
- Press the PlayStation button
- Find Clear Cache and Rebuild Database, then click ok
Xbox
- Turn off the console
- Unplug the power cable
- Wait for two minutes
- Hold the power button down
- Reconnect the power cable
- Restart the console
Switch
- Go into the System Settings, then System, then Formatting Options
- Select Clear Cache and then restart the console
