MOUZ, The MongolZ, and FURIA have joined Vitality and Falcons by reaching the Playoffs of PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026. In securing their places via the 2:1 bracket, all three have avoided playing in the dreaded final day, and can now relax while the remaining six teams battle for the final three spots tomorrow.

Much has been made of FUT of late, who started their PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 run racing out of the gates by reaching the 2:0 bracket. They’ve been unfortunate to face FURIA and MOUZ in respective matches, and have now been condemned to the final day of play in the Group Stage after a 2:0 loss to the latter.
Mirage started off strong for FUT, but after a 7:5 first half, MOUZ‘s T-side came out of the gates unstoppable. MOUZ put together eight T-side rounds versus FUT’s one on CT, allowing them to take the opener 13:8, ending FUT’s 13-match win streak on Mirage in the process.
FUT had everything they needed to see out map two and take this series to a decider. By “everything,” I mean a 12:3 lead on Overpass. Complete domination. But MOUZ, too often touted as having a poor mentality at times, showed the opposite here, battling back to win in overtime. We give FUT a lot of leeway as they’re such a young team that are inevitably going to make mistakes as they establish themselves at the top, but even they would admit that this was a pretty bad one. But for MOUZ, avoiding the hell of that final day of play is absolutely massive.

Since adding cobrazera, it has been difficult to gauge just how good The MongolZ are. They’ve now added NAVI to their list of scalps at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026, winning out a stylish reverse-sweep in a series that threatened to go the other way entirely.
NAVI took the Inferno opener 13:3, leaving The MongolZ completely shellshocked. But the Mongolian side burst out of the gates on Nuke, a 10:2 opening half enough to eventually see out a 13:7 win and tie the series. It was here that we got an excellent glimpse at cobrazera’s potential, with The MongolZ’s latest star putting up a 21:11 performance.
The Mirage decider was all about momentum. NAVI and The MongolZ traded five-round streaks to start the game, and The MongolZ started their second half with seven straight to establish a lead. NAVI would put up four consecutive of their own as they mounted a comeback, but The MongolZ just needed that one round to see things out. A streaky game, but The MongolZ were able to come out on top. An impressive result for the team, who finally seem to be putting things together post-Senzu.

Love him or hate him, you can’t deny that Jame‘s teams might just be the most annoying team to face in all of Counter-Strike. They’ll test your endurance, drag you down into the mud and make things as messy as possible. FURIA found this out once more as they edged past PARIVISION in a close 2:1 series.
Two 6:6 halves took the Dust2 opener to overtime – standard fare for PARIVISION. But it was FURIA who found the answers as time went on, the favorites able to claim a one-map lead in the series. We came to FURIA’s pick of Inferno, and once again regulation was not enough to settle matters. This time, it was the determined PARIVISION who came out on top, sending us all the way while trading map picks.
FURIA were able to finally get a stranglehold on the series in Mirage. Although the map has historically been strong for PARIVISION, FURIA were finally able to get and hold a solid lead, eventually finishing it off 13:8. A sigh of relief for FURIA, who are exactly where they belong. But you also have to fancy PARIVISION to make it through to the Playoffs on the final day, given how much of a nightmare matchup they are for just about anyone.
Down in the 1:2 bracket, Astralis defeated FaZe Clan in a 2:0 series, condemning the latter to another terrible result and perhaps even killing the roster for good. Aurora quickly beat B8 2:0, too, which was followed by G2 doing the same to HEROIC. This leaves the remaining PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 final day matches as:
These matches will decide the final three teams heading to the Playoffs in Cluj-Napoca. The winners of these matchups will join Vitality, Falcons, MOUZ, The MongolZ, and FURIA on the big stage.
