The VCT Spotlight Series Americas returns with a refreshed competitive showcase highlighting mixed-gender rosters, cross-team collaboration, and a full weekend of off-season VALORANT action. Taking place December 12–14, 2025 in Monterrey, Mexico, the event serves as an official VCT off-season competition, giving fans a final burst of high-level play to close out the year. Four specially assembled rosters—each combining VCT Americas pros with Game Changers talent—will compete for regional pride, visibility, and a share of the $25,000 prize pool.

Unlike the rigor of league play, the Spotlight Series emphasizes experimentation, accessibility, and talent elevation. Each team must field at least two Game Changers players and two VCT-level competitors, providing a rare opportunity for rising GC stars to compete in a LAN environment alongside Tier 1 pros.

Event Format and Structure

The Spotlight Series Americas features a compact but competitive format designed for excitement and rapid progression. The tournament begins with a single-round-robin Group Stage on December 12 where every match is a Best-of-One (Bo1). All four teams will face each other once, and while no one is eliminated in groups, these matches determine playoff seeding.

On December 13–14, the event transitions to a Single-Elimination Playoff Bracket, where both semifinals are Best-of-Three (Bo3) series. The winners of each semi secure a place in the Best-of-Five (Bo5) Grand Final, scheduled for the last day of the event. This structure ensures players experience a mix of quickfire competition and deeper series-based strategy.

Matches will be broadcast across multiple official VALORANT channels, including English and Spanish streams, with the usual slate of co-streams available for community-driven viewing.
