The ARAXYS line of of VALORANT skins brought a great new take on gun design, and it returns, reimagined with the announcement of the ARAXYS 2.0 bundle.

VALORANT is yet to have an alien representative among its Agent lineup but the otherworldly vibe of the Araxys 2.0 bundle and its predecessor are a truly unique take on living weapons and a great addition to anyone that wants to see that connection grow to their weapons with more and more hunts. In a word, I think it’s peak.
What’s in the ARAXYS 2.0 bundle?
Shown in the official trailer, we’ll be getting new, upgradable skins for the following:
- Outlaw
- Sheriff
- Phantom
- Guardian
- Melee
The pulsing scales of this somewhat living, breathing techno weapon set will get more animated with each upgrade.

Available in 4 colors, the dusted gold of the first set is accompanied by a graphite variant with cybernetic blue highlights, a striking purple set and another black and red colorway to add to the shelf of Shadow the Hedgehog colored skins.
The finisher will have all the last to fall and all those that dropped at your hand beamed up into the sky to those who came to harvest.
How much will the bundle cost?
The average price of similar bundles is around 8700-9000 Valorant Points so we’re expecting similar VP costs to pick this one up. With individual weapons ranging from shy of 2.5k to over 3 for the melee weapon.
If you’ve already got the previous ARAXYS bundle and you’re looking to fill out the collection with more matching skins, the bundle will still be the most cost efficient in the long run.
The iconic energy sword style melee weapon this time has been switched out for a thematic Chain Sickle. So if you’re looking to have something a bit more more kinetic, the kusarigama might be a welcome change over the first bundle’s knife.
ARAXYS 2.0 bundle release date
Right now, there’s no official release date, however we expect that to change soon. The news of the new look dropped just 30 minutes after the patch notes hit the official VALORANT social medias.
With night market deals set to start on December 16th, it’s likely we’ll be looking at a release date 2nd week of January at the earliest.
