DreamLeague Season 25

DreamLeague Season 25 is coming with sixteen top Dota 2 teams battling it out for a significant prize pool but, more importantly, valuable EPT points that will help them qualify to the next ESL One event. This online event might not have a live audience anymore but it’s still a great way to see how teams are standing early on in the new Dota season.

Only four of the teams competing received a direct invitation from ESL and the rest are fighting their way through rounds of qualifiers in order to attend. Here’s every team that we know will play at DreamLeague season 25 so far:

DreamLeague Season 25 Format

OK, bear with me on this one because this format is a little bit complication. There are 3 different stages including 2 group stages and the playoffs.

• Stage 1: Two groups of 8 teams will play a round robin format. The top 4 teams from each group will proceed to stage 2.
• Stage 2: There is only one group of 8 teams here and again, they’ll play a round robin where only the top 4 teams will proceed.
• Stage 3: The playoffs will consist of a double elimination bracket culminating in a Bo5 grand finals.
