FURIA and MOUZ have rounded out the Semi-Finalists at IEM Krakow 2026 after defeating Aurora and G2 respectively. They join both Spirit and Vitality on either side of the bracket, as they look to secure the inaugural IEM Krakow title.

This was more like it, FURIA. After a pretty mixed start to the year, they came into this IEM Krakow 2026 Quarter-Final against Aurora looking like they had a point to prove, putting the Turkish squad to the sword in a 2:0 series that seriously could have been an email.
Map one was a convincing 13:7 win on Dust2, where FURIA took charge of both halves before Aurora could get any foothold in it. A difficult stage debut for soulfly meant others were left to pick up the slack, to no avail. Map two was a total stomp, and Aurora looked down and out from the early rounds. Despite the best efforts of XANTARES, Aurora were powerless to resist an eventual 13:4 score; complete domination that almost felt unworthy of a Playoffs match at this prestigious event.
In securing the Semi-Finals, FalleN has matched his best-ever finish in the Hall of Heroes. His previous best was at the IEM Katowice Major in 2019, where he placed in the Semi-Finals with MIBR. This is one trophy that has always eluded him, and now, Spirit in the Semi-Finals are his next obstacle.

With FURIA’s place in the IEM Krakow 2026 Semi-Finals secure, it was MOUZ and G2 up next for the final slot. MOUZ, among the serious contenders to win the entire event, just had more than enough to get G2 out the server in two maps, with some light bruising along the way.
MOUZ required overtime to finish map one of Overpass. G2 squandered two map points, with torzsi coming alive towards the rest of regulation to keep MOUZ kicking. It was all they required. Overtime arrived, and so did MOUZ, seeing out the opener 16:13 and giving themselves the advantage.
It was all or nothing for G2 on Dust2. They were unable to put up much of a fight here, when the stakes were the highest. None of the five G2 players managed to find anything individually, while all of MOUZ were a dominant force on their way to a 13:7 scoreline.
A disappointing showing from a G2 side who look to have all the ingredients for a winning formula on their best days, but it all still feels too contingent on inconsistent pieces at this point. But for MOUZ, Semi-Finals are their bread and butter. The question, as always, is whether they can continue to perform on the stage. From here, the pressure will only mount, and arguably their biggest test of the tournament awaits: Vitality. The final boss of Counter-Strike, standing between MOUZ and a spot in the Grand Final of IEM Krakow 2026.
