Riot Games has rolled out VALORANT patch 11.10 on November 11 2025, and it marks one of the most substantial updates of the year. With the entire agent kit of Harbor being re-worked, major adjustments to Clove, and sweeping updates to HUD, collections, competitive rank security and bug-fixes across the board, Patch 11.10 sets the stage for the closing stretch of Season V25.
Harbor takes centre stage in Patch 11.10, undergoing a full re-design to shift his role toward aggressive tempo control rather than passive zone denial. His signature ability is now Cove, and he begins each round with one of these for free, while his prior signature High Tide becomes a purchasable utility for 300 credits. You can read our full guide on how to play Harbor and his new kit.
A brand-new ability, Storm Surge, replaces his old Cascade ability and introduces a whirlpool effect that Nearsights and Slows enemies after a delay. His ultimate, Reckoning, now launches a water surge that Nearsights and Slows rather than simply concussing.
Clove receives targeted nerfs to curb their dominance in competitive queues. Despite their low pick-rate in the VCT circuits, the controller has dominated ranked picks alongside mainstays like Reyna and Jett since release.
Omen: Spectators will now see Omen’s perspective when he casts Dark Cover, improving clarity in broadcasts.
Players will notice improved readability and functionality across the client: when healing, the top HUD health bar switches to teal and fills progressively to show remaining heal progress before reverting to white when complete. On PC, the Collections interface is upgraded: the Weapons & Buddies carousel is replaced with a grid layout; a dedicated “Titles” page is added; and skinline backgrounds now appear across more screens. Note: players in Korea will receive the Collections changes in Patch 11.11.
To combat smurfing and account-sharing, Patch 11.10 mandates that all players ranked Ascendant or higher in North America, Latin America, Brazil and South Korea must enable mobile multi-factor authentication (MFA) via the Riot Mobile app before entering the Competitive queue. Lower ranks remain unaffected.
A key system change revolves around the “Use Object” button (default “F” on PC; Square/X on consoles). Holding this button now clears all persistent attached debuffs at once—for example, if you are affected by both a Cypher Dart and a Deadlock GravNet pellet simultaneously, pressing F will clear both in one action. This streamlines debuff management and reduces unintended stacking frustrations.

As part of the esports ecosystem, the in-game client opens Pick’Ems for the 2025 Game Changers Championship starting November 13. Fans will be able to predict bracket outcomes for points and unique rewards, bridging community engagement with the event atmosphere.
Patch 11.10 expands console support with the long-awaited Replay System adding multi-angle review, free camera and POV controls (custom games are still excluded unfortunately). The Main Menu and queue interface have also been revamped: lobby navigation is smoother, custom-game lobbies have moved to the “Select a Queue” page, and the active queue timer now appears top-left in the Main Menu. Known issues remain: re-queuing after disconnect may fail to reset the timer; party members cannot view custom-game options; and text “Choose a Mode” may appear when “Choose a Queue” is intended.
On PC, Premier mode receives new features: players can now right-click any team in standings or social panels to view full team info—including roster, region, division and score. This improves transparency and community engagement with esports competition.
Fixed an issue where players could plant the Spike outside or partially above the site boundary.
Addressed a bug where bots in The Range did not show visual flash effects when hit through screen-blind utility.
Resolved instances where abilities applied status effects to dead players or stamped them into Combat Reports.
Corrected kill-effect alignment for left-handed mode.
Clove: Fixed errors where Not Dead Yet revived players in invalid locations; corrected interactions with falling out of Abyss and teleporting back from Iso’s Kill Contract; resolved body-intersecting bug with Sage’s Barrier Orb.
Cypher: Neural Theft icon now appears properly on minimap.
Harbor: Cove now grants assists when kills happen within its effect area. Damage interactions from other area-denial utilities (Snakebite, Incendiary, Hunter’s Fury, Nanoswarm) now properly affect the Shielded Smoke.
KAY/O: Killfeed now correctly displays headshot icon when NULL/cmd is active.
Killjoy: Fixed disappearing minimap icons for Alarmbot and Turret when disabled outside active ranges; corrected hit-detection on jumping Alarmbot.
Omen: Dark Cover minimap visuals enhanced to match other dome-smokes; minimap icon size for Paranoia adjusted.
Reyna: Fixed Leer projectile animation issues when jumping and rapidly changing aim.
Sage: Fixed mis-snapping of Resurrection indicator and visual flicker when healing an ally; corrected Slow Orb sound glitch when intersecting Cosmic Divide.
Veto: Crosscut targeting consistency improved; recall animation and buy-phase visual bugs addressed.
Vyse: Razorvine decal visibility and persistent projectile bugs resolved.
Yoru: Fakeout clone suppression VFX now always fires correctly; Blindside visibility and sound fixed when multiple Yorūs are in game; projectile audio from Blindside no longer audible before impact.
Console replays now function correctly; lobby navigation issues and queue-timer bugs outlined in Known Issues remain under investigation.
Patch 11.10 represents a pivot point for VALORANT: controllers are shifting roles, competitive integrity is prioritized, and clarity across UI/UX has improved dramatically. Harbor’s redesign transforms how entry teams will coordinate plus Clove’s nerfs shift the meta away from frag-centred controllers especially in Ranked.
Platform and competitive updates reduce barriers to serious gameplay and analysis. With this expansive patch, Riot has not only re-addressed long-standing agent issues, but also laid groundwork for the remainder of Season V25 and beyond. Patch 11.10 is a moment to adapt, innovate and stay ahead of the tide whether you’re a pro player or casual.
