It has been announced that ranked rollbacks are going to drop with VALORANT Patch 10.05! Players will now be eligible for ranked refunds when losing matches with confirmed suspicious activity.

The only feature for patch 10.05, ranked rollbacks are a system for both console and PC to get a refund on your lost ranked points. Within the last week, if you’ve lost a match against a confirmed cheater, you’ll be eligible for an RR refund. The application process is simple.
There’s a cap on how much RR you can be eligible for per Act, and refunds are only available for the current Act, so act fast if you want to get back some of those deserved points.

It’d be pretty unreasonable to get back points from previous ACTs because the game has changed so much and might result in huge boosts from before the Riot Team got better at catching cheaters. To not shake up the meta with massive boosts in ELO, the system is in place to help players going forward rather than just offer longstanding reparations.
In the same vein, while we don’t know what the cap on RR refunds are just yet, a cap existing should prevent any lucky (or unlucky) players that run into a lot of cheaters from floating up out of the correct MMR from the refund program.
10.05 was basically just the Ranked Rollback patch. But some agents got some slight visual fixes and bug fixes on their abilities. Not considered nerfs or buffs, just slight changes that bring them in line with intended results.
Some of them were simple changes like Raze’s Blast Pack now working in line with the explosion changes from 10.03, and others were single frame invulnerability for Clove and Sage in specific resurrection instances.
Waylay’s Convergent Paths bug has also been fixed where it could sometimes not be equipped during the buy phase, and also tank performance.
