Tricked Esport has announced that they have sold their CSGO roster to an unannounced buyer, for a six-figure sum. The deal is reportedly sold for a value between 2.4m – 3m DKK, worth between €300,000 – €400,000, according to Dust2.DK.

Tricked Esport’s former roster, contained Nicolai “HUNDEN” Petersen, Fredrik “roeJ” Jørgensen, Rasmus “sjuush” Beck, Frederik “acoR” Gyldstrand, and Lucas “Bubzkji” Andersen.

Tricked go onto explain that this is the best roster they have ever signed. They exceeded expectations, and their true potential was hidden as their internal matrixes couldn’t keep up with them.

“Our business model is simply not designed around having the single best team in the world within our ranks. Our ambition is to open our doors and generate new opportunities to young people, moving existing teams in the right direction as well as helping them reach their goals” Tricked said in their statement.

Tricked also go on to say that the timing for the transfer couldn’t be better. This is partially true as the Danish squad has seen great success in recent months In September, the Tricked roster emerged victorious at the V4 Future Esports Festival. They beat out the likes of mousepsorts, NiP and MIBR, amongst other tier 2 teams.

Over the weekend, they finished second place against GODSENT, who made their return several days ago. Tricked esports attended the WePlay Forge of Champions event. This is a tournament designed for Tier 2 talent across the world, who all thought for a $100,000 prize pool.

With these two big results in their tier, the roster can go much further. Clearly, their recent results have earned themselves attention, as an organization clearly sees the value and potential in this upcoming Danish side.
