The game isn’t natively supported on PC. It’s entirely focused on the mobile experience. You don’t get any major boost from checking in on PC instead. But thanks to some emulators it is possible to play Pokemon Unite on PC.

It’ll be the standard version that you can find on other platforms, but running on a PC instead. There’s no competitive advantage of better performance for Pokemon Unite ranked games. If you want to play Pokemon Unite on PC, you can do it, but it isn’t a properly supported platform. Pokemon Unite is officially available for mobile platforms like iOS and Android, and Switch. Just like most Pokemon games it isn’t being targeted towards PC, just Nintendo platforms and in this case mobile.

Most Pokemon RPGs are only available on Nintendo platforms. Although, Nintendo doesn’t wholly own Pokemon, they do own the controlling stake. Which is why Game Freak publish games on other platforms, but Pokemon never appears on rival consoles like Xbox or PlayStation. Even for Pokemon Unite which is a popular competitive game.

This game is one of a few which is part of the mobile releases. Like Pokemon Go. These are chasing a different audience to the Pokemon RPGs on Switch, so they’re available on more platforms. But PC isn’t part of that right now. it doesn’t mean you can’t play Pokemon Unite on PC though. You just need to work around things a little bit to play Pokemon Unite on PC.

How to Play Pokemon Unite PC

If you want to play Pokemon Unite PC, you’ll have to go through an emulator. The Switch is possible to emulate, but it’s a bit more specialist. instead, using Android emulation is the easiest method.

It’s simple to emulate mobile devices on PC and there’s easy tools anyone can access to do this. iOS can easily be emulated by the development tools for the platform. But nothing beats Blusetacks for this. All you’ll need to do is install Bluestacks, then access the Play Store to find Pokemon Unite.

Bluestacks is a pretty easy emulator to run. it won’t let you play Pokemon Unite on PC natively with a higher performance. But you can access the mobile version on the game on a platform that might be a little easier for you.

If you want to play Pokemon Unite PC, that’ll get you the game. it runs just like it does on mobile. You can play all the same Pokemon Unite Pokemon, compete against friends, the whole game. The controls are a little better suited for a touch screen. It is definitely playable though and can be a great way to get some practise in on a more comfortable device. The title already supports both console and mobile, but some mixture of performance and controls is to be expected.
