Here are all the new items that Riot will be introducing in the upcoming League of Legends Season 1 2026. The game will have 10 new items, as well as the returning Hextech Gunblade and Stormrazor. Find out their stats, effects, and who we expect them to work well on.

Hexoptics C44

25% crit chance
Cost: 2800 gold
Effect:
Magnification: Deal up to 10 percent increased damage with Attacks, based on how far away the enemy is (max damage at 700 range).
Arcane Aim: Whenever a champion you dealt damage to within three seconds dies, gain 100 additional attack range for 6 seconds.
This is the ideal item for ADCs with long-range or high DPS carries that can quickly trigger the passive. (Caitlyn, Varus, Jinx, Aphelios)
Fiendhunter Bolts

25% crit chance
4% Movement speed
Cost: 2650 gold
Effect:
Night Vigil – Gain 30 Ultimate Ability Haste.
Opening Barrage (45s): After casting your Ultimate, your next 3 basic attacks gain 50 percent Attack Speed and Critically Strike for 75 percent of your normal Critical Strike damage for 8 seconds. If an attack would already Critically Strike, instead it deals 10 percent bonus true damage.
Fiendhunter Bolts is for those who maximize burst damage and play around their ultimates (Kai’Sa, Twitch, Xayah, Vayne).
Bastionbreaker

Cost: 3200 gold
Effect:
Shaped Charge (20 seconds): Dealing Ability damage to a Champion or Epic Monster deals an additional 15 true damage.
Sabotage: Taking down a champion within three seconds of damaging them grants Game Health for 90 seconds. While you have Game Health, your next Attack against an Epic Monster or Turret deals an additional 240 true damage over three seconds.
Great for assassin champions, especially junglers who can also quickly take down turrets (Rengar, Kha’Zix, Zed),
Murmuring Circlet and Diadem of Songs

1,000 mana
100% base mana regen
Cost: 4500 gold
Effect:
Harmony – Gain 3 Heal and Shield Power.
Consonance – While you or any ally you’ve healed or shielded in the last three seconds is in combat with champions, each second, heal the lowest nearby ally for one percent of your maximum Mana.
The perfect item for any enchanter support (Sona, Seraphine, Janna, Soraka, Nami).
Eternal Hunger

5% omnivamp
20% tenacity
Cost: 3000 gold
Effect:
Famine – Gain 11 Ability Haste.
Satiation – Whenever a champion that you damaged within three seconds dies, gain 15 percent Omnivamp for eight seconds.
Any bruiser AD champion that can take advantage of the additional Omnivamp. (Aatrox, Olaf, Renekton, Riven)
Actualizer

Cost: 3100 gold
Effect:
Mana Made Real (60 seconds) – For 8 seconds, your Mana is empowered. While Empowered, your spells cost 100 percent more Mana and you gain 18.0 percent increased Ability damage, Shielding, Healing, and your cooldowns progress 30 percent faster.
Incredibly powerful on mana-stacking champions (Ryze, Kassadin, Cassiopeia, Viktor, and Anivia).
Dusk & Dawn

Cost: 3100 gold
Effect:
Spellblade (1.5 seconds) – After using an Ability, your next attack deals 111 (AP/AD) bonus magic damage. On-Hit and applies On-Hit effects an additional time.
The go-to for AP bruiser champions that can also take advantage of the additional attack speed (Gwen, Jax, Diana).
Bandlepies

Effect:
Fanfare – Slowing or immobilizing an enemy champion grants the pipe Aura for eight seconds. The pipe Aura grants you 20 Move Speed. While you have the pipe Aura, nearby allies, including yourself, gain 30 percent Attack Speed.
Best used on tank supports. Getting both types of resistances can be great in the mid game as a partial item (Leona, Alistar, Nautilus, Braum).
Protoplasm Harness

Cost: 2500 gold
Effect:
Lifeline (90 seconds) – Taking damage that would reduce your Health below 30 percent causes you to gain 200 maximum Health over 5 seconds, then heal 400 health over the duration. While regenerating Health, you gain 15 percent increased Size, 10 percent Move Speed, and 25 percent Tenacity.
The ideal item for beefy tanks and heavy frontline. Dr. Mundo is the first that comes to mind, but there are many others out there that can use this item (Sejuani, Sion, Zac).
Hextech Gunblade (Returning)

10% lifesteal
Cost: 3000 gold
Effect:
Spell Vamp – Gain 10 percent Spell Vamp
Active: Lighting Bolt (60 seconds) – Shocks the target enemy champion, dealing 253 magic damage and slowing them by 25 percent for 1.5 seconds.
Great for champions that need a gap closer and want to quickly burst down targets and also heal up from the damage dealt (Akali, Katarina, Ekko).
Stormrazer (Returning)

Cost: 3200 gold
Effect:
Energized: Moving and Attacking generates an Energized Attack.
Bolt: Your Energized Attack applies 100 bonus magic damage and grants 45 percent move speed for 1.5 seconds.
The go-to item for quick repositioning and kiting potential (Jhin, Sivir, Zeri, Lucian).
Be aware that the numbers are currently temporary and might be subject to tweaks before they are released on the live servers in early January 2026, when the new season kicks off.
The League of Legends Season 1 2026 will also have new systems in place, such as the role quests and key changes to the ranked system to reduce autofill frustration.
