First Look at Peacemaker Fortnite Skin

The next collaboration coming to the game is a Peacemaker Fortnite skin! This new crossover with the DC TV series gives John Cena a second skin in the game. With the latest Fortnite update, that skin is now in the files. While it hasn’t made the cut in the item shop today yet, thanks to dataminers we’ve had an early look at the Peacemaker Fortnite skin along with the other cosmetics.

The new skin has been found in the files for the game by dataminers like ShiinaBR on Twitter. They’ve found Peacemaker alongside new items like an Eagle back bling. What’s most exciting about it though is the array of styles that are coming! There are loads of different versions of Peacemaker coming. It does look pretty different from the past Fortnite skin for the actor too.

The original Icon Fortnite Skin for John Cena was based on his days as a wrestler. However, the new skin is tapping into the comic book TV series which recently got a second season. The package of Fortnite cosmetics includes an emote direct from the game too. These are the items that dataminers have found:

Peacemaker Fortnite Skin Leaks

The new leak has shown all the Peacemaker items coming to the game! Most exciting is the skin itself. It’s Peacemaker with quite a good resemblance to the TV show. Although, the Peacemaker Fortnite skin is quite bright, a nice change from the dark and gloomier designs we’ve had for Fortnite DC skins lately. There are quite a few different versions you can put together too. There’s the main outfit, but also three different helmets. Then one with no Helmet. Making for four different versions of the Peacemaker Fortnite skin.

Another nice element is the backbling, it’s an Eagle. It suits the Peacemaker skin but is a cute design you could match with a ton of different outfits. There’s also emotes coming. One is a dance from the opening of Peacemaker, and the other is Eat Peace. An emoticon of Peacemaker’s emblem. These are all of the items:

When Does the Peacemaker Fortnite Skin Release?

That’s what’s coming but when can we expect the Peacemaker Fortnite skin to actually come to the item shop? It’s been included in the files and dataminers have found it, but usually that doesn’t mean it’s coming immediately. They can sit around as upcoming Fortnite skins for quite a long time. But Peacemaker should be coming sooner than later.

Typically, skins get added to the files encrypted. They stay that way until there close to release. Then they’re unencrypted and made ready for release. We don’t get any exact dates though, it’s just a matter of waiting.

Since it’s all lined up, the Peacemaker Fortnite skin could come at any time now! The items hop only resets once a day though, so we’ll have to keep an eye out for when the skin comes into rotation and players can pick it up.
