Fortnite gets tons of skins, more added most weeks of the year. But what about upcoming Fortnite skins? There’s a good number of Fortnite skins coming soon that we already know about. The game features surveys which show off planned skins, outfits sitting in the files that leakers get access to, and more. Upcoming Fortnite skins can give us a big hint as where the game is heading.

All Fortnite Skins Coming Soon

We get loads of glimpses at Fortnite skins coming soon. Although, sometimes it’s more a general idea of one of the Fortnite collabs coming. Other times it’s a clear idea of a skin that’s already in the files, ready to drop in the item shop. With Fortnite survey skins, sometimes we get a ton of skins revealed at once.

At the moment, there’s some particularly exciting Fortnite skins coming soon. Including big collabs and creative original skins that might rank among the best FN outfits at some point. These are all of the outfits we know about at the moment:

Fortnite Survey Skins

One of the best places to see Fortnite skins coming soon are surveys. This is a way that Epic tests skins ahead of time. They hold surveys of Fortnite players and show art of Fortnite skins coming soon. Players give their opinion. It lets Epic know

which skins players are excited for, and which they could stand to miss.
We get a clear look at their concept art. But this can change. Often the rough concept remains the same, but it can change quite a bit. The survey skins include items that come in Battle Passes and the Item Shop. Typically, Epic’s original skins are in surveys rather than collabs.

Surveys come up all the time. Thankfully, players take pictures of these surveys. Meaning we all get to see them once Fortnite leakers start showcasing them. These are the last batch of Fortnite survey skins:

We’re most likely to see these upcoming Fortnite skins pop up in the future seasons. These could appear in the Battle Pass or the Item Shop in the future.

Leaked Fortnite Skins

In the files for each Fortnite update, we get skins which haven’t been released yet. Once dataminers find them, they show up as future skins. These are some of the skins in the files right now:

  • Champion Surf Witch – FNCS version of Surf With
  • Unit marksman
  • Unit Tac Axe
  • Kai Cenat Icon Skin
  • Augury – Upcoming Crew Pack skin
  • Pixie
  • Whisper
  • Pi – Octopus chef
  • Dorian
  • O.X.R Agent Stryker
  • Evie X
  • O.X.R Agent Shay
  • Pixelle

Some of these are definitely coming soon! The upcoming Crew Pass skin will almost certainly be coming next month. Then there’s the O.X.R Agent skins. These fit the current season, so they’ll probably show up before it ends.

Upcoming Collabs

Fortnite leakers frequently show off upcoming collabs! These can be collabs that are coming in the next update, or sometimes quite a bit ahead of time. One collab, Family Guy, was in leaks for actual years before it got released. First showing up in Chapter 2 and taking until Chapter 5 to actually release. We can probably expect a quicker turn around on these though.

These are current upcoming Fortnite skins from collabs:

  • Simpsons – Next mini-season
  • Demon Slayer
  • Beavis and Butthead
  • Jason Voorhees
  • Scooby Doo
  • James Bond

All of these could be Fortnite skins coming soon. Although, Fortnite collabs can wait for quite a while even when leakers announce them already.

Jason Voorhees and Scooby Doo are probably coming for Fortnitemares, so they’ll pop up later this season. Demon Slayer has been talked about since very early Chapter 6 and has yet to appear. But it does still seem to be in the works. Others like Simpsons are getting a dedicated mini season really soon.

Survey Collabs

While Fortnite survey skins are one of the most consistent places to see upcoming Fortnite skins, the upcoming survey collabs are a bit of a different story. Epic does run surveys where they ask about collabs that players might want to see in the future. But these are vaguer. It’s closer to a general reach out to the player base, not confirmation anything is actively being worked on. Collabs take a long time to come together.

Even after they decide to peruse one, they need to work with the rights holders. Who can just say no. Equally, it can take years of negotiation to work out a collab for Fortnite even if they think the player base is interested in them.

Instead, these are Fortnite collabs which might be coming in the long haul. Quite a few Fortnite seasons away, or even chapters. Not so immediate. These are some of the survey collabs we’ve seen in the most recent batch though. Including everything from potential pop culture collabs to people who could join the Icon series as Fortnite skins coming soon:
